BB, as I commented Fri the past "poor" raising paved the way to where we are now. If no one pays a large fortune for this resource, large finance is needed to exploit it, and the final payoff will be huge imo. Just how it is. Hope for EU money, sure, but can't rely.

Strangely, I can see merit both in your and mod.pent.'s posts, although clearly opposites. To be transparent, I'm not currently invested here: have been, shall be. I like the airline & its m.o.
