It could only have sustained that level with a CONSTANT supply of long-term investors: mid-term its hardly an investment. IMO, the supply is too patchy, although more will come, on past record. It was cheaper than this when it dropped out of ftse100, bargain then, apparently. Eeh, hindsight.

CJ66, PrimaryBid shares can't go straight into an isa or sipp, so you should be OK. Have had offer email, but not sure yet.

I recall something like this between PB & Halifax last year, PB got the company to issue one, I think. Given that experience I would have hoped PB would check with all the platforms before publishing the offer: ho hum.....

PB did suggest that bank-based platforms are more prone to this than others.

JB, I think many share your view. On the one hand there is the general economic downturn caused by covid: on the other hand awash with individual investment funds as lockdown has prevented usual spending and cash % rates so poor. We shall see, if we're careful and lucky.

Me too but cutoff passed about 8 while I was still keyboarding, so not subscribed. I'll look in again, the dilutive nature of these placings often causes sp drop, so an even more attractive buy price. GL, almost no-one!
