Guess I'm hoping for (expecting, even) more than 40p. 40p good if you bought 11p; trouble is, most of us bought most of our shares above 11p I think. Gla, yes even him (&her).
ALL reservoirs; OK I don't know the tech? It'll keep us afloat for a while, while other prospects progressed. On 1 hand, get it all out (Inc gas to grid) while prices historically high. On other, don't drill too much there, might get much higher price one day. Who knows? & I believe Wytch Farm is declining; one day we may be all on nodding donkeys.
Jsnor, a lot of "slicing" occurs during a rise, as small profits are future-proofed. Hence there will be setbacks, and the line spikey. A straight-line rise would be unusual, not to say suspicious.
Quite Wiltsh, so muted (save Heid 1h ago) that I went back to check the rns hadn't been a dream. All the usual suspects were busy continuing last night's squabble to address today's good news. OK it was expected, but not a certainty, so this is a good step on the road imo.
Nighti, I imagine you're right that buying-back is a business expense while dividend is clearly paid from profits, but I expect this will be left to real accountants who know all the applicable law.
Agree broadly about the regrettable ridicule; but I confidently predict we will be subject to ridiculous posting ere long.
Micky, sure, the maybes would give it a lift, the know things less likely. Anyway, what's your beef, he asked us for opinion, we gave (twice in my case!)?
