Benny exactly, we have less than 6mths for the Hussar drill and a raft of news between then and now. Oak Securities Broker Note giving a risked*/ Unrisked ^ sp range, calcs priced in with Helium at $337.50 when it is currently $500 and rising. Revenue of £150m Every Year could be happening before End of 2025, just 16 mths away.

I'm in and will hold to see how much the Dividends will be.

And HE1 still have a MarCap of £70m. We have just 50m -60m shares that are a free float so nearly a multiple of 100 x smaller than HE1.'s 5.32bn shares.

This would equate to GEX' having a MarCap of just under £7bn if the same conversion is applied. We also potentially have 42% higher volume of Helium than HE1.

This share does not need ramping and if there is just a mere whiff of Heliun when we drill Hussar then seriously the sp will go the moon.

CEO Anthony Hamilton has stated that he wants the Company to become a top 4 Global Player in the Helium market. Just imagine the position he will be in if we get anywhere close to $150m in the coffers annually. It would allow financing to buy gas permits & drill anywhere he wanted to and go it alone if need be.

If this comes off he has mastered a relatively safe business model in re-visiting pre-drilled gas / oil plays that have been shut in for whatever reason ( usually because gas was found when oil was in favour ) and could replicate it to scale in other licences. There must be an abundance of shut in wells which will still have all the data and logs to hand rather than drill and hope.

That's only 16mths away and that is actually everything done and dusted receiving revenue circa $150m Per Year. The report also states there should be No need to raise Capital and also ' therefore the Company will not be exposed to Infrastructure Costs'.

Just working out what the average multiples OIL & Gas Companies MarCap are rated at from revenue income, possibly x 10 minimum. That would give a MarCap of $1.5bn - $2bn, sp of £14 - £18.

Finally for those prepared to wait we could see Dividends of 5% of sp annually which equates 70p - 90p for every share you hold, perhaps you can have your cake and eat it.

Junga / Legal the other main factor is Hel1 may have a MarCap of £70m but they have 5.32 bn shares in issue compared to our 50/60m free float. That is a multiple of nearly 100 x, if the same dynamics are applied that equates to £7bn. Of course it may not be a straight conversion but with a larger volume of 42% added to the mix then suffice to say there will be an exponential rise in the sp come what may.

Legal absolutely correct, there are 30 million shares that are locked in for 2 years, before long mm's will have to let this go to attract profit takers on the way up.

That's for $29bn valuation.

Risked sp valuation of £111m* and Unrisked of £1.62bn^, completely possible if the assets are realised imo. Some of the figures in the Broker note are insane where they even give scenarios for a valuation of $29bn.

Hi Jambone, no problem mate, we all know who the genuine shareholders are and no problem for anyone having differing views or concerns as it is a chat forum after all but I couldn't allow the LTH's to be misled so blatantly.

Yes I think the biggest plus factor here is not just the assets but the tiniest of shares in issue, be it AIM or LSE, usually it is a minimum of several or double digit billions. SP a division of MarCap by shares in issue means we should be looking at several £'s once drilled and selling off at the well head. Fingers crossed.

Absolutely staggering Asset value if successful drills, we are talking telephone numbers. Georgina website uses $350 per mcf (He) in calculating their figures, currently Helium is $500mcf and will no doubt increase as a Global shortage looms.

Just seen your post Numero, I am a LTH holder with QBT and if you have been here more than a few minutes you will know I have been with QBT for several years as others will back me up and posted regularly but when there is no news for a few mths there seems little point.

Anyway I was just wanted to correct a false statement for the genuine LTH'S , the likes of obelisk etc who I have had a rapport with in the past and is also a genuine lth.

My post was not negative just truthful. The LTH's on here know me. I went along because I could, because I wanted to meet Francesco in person, because I thought there may have been general chat of non price sensitive information.

The general chat after the resolutions voting included the Annual 'Bitcoin/Crypto' Convention in Florida that Francesco attended was talked about and he, as was stated in the video podcast at the time which we have all seen, re-affirmed he talked to all the big players in attendance who showed a lot of interest in what QBT were doing and that they recognised our approach was different to what everyone else was doing.

It is certainly not doom and gloom and there are big players waiting for us to approach them when we have accomplished our objectives etc.

CEO Anthony Hamliton and his CFO were extremely bullish in coming across in their aim to reward shareholders and they both appeared upbeat in talking about delivering Dividends as and when appropriate. If the drill results meet expectations then with the sp circa £1+ we could easily see dividends of 3p - 5p twice yearly due to a revenue stream.

They have put in £2.5m of their own money and this will be of benefit to them aswell and who can blame them when having skin in the game.

This sp will continue to move up, how fast is anyones guess, people will have to make decisions to invest fairly quickly otherwise delaying will mean they will be paying 20p+ as opposed to 16.25p all in a matter of a few days or less. The reason being we are just starting out and a true MarCap base level will be established by the market.

We are due a lot of news updates, as per CEO, before Xmas which is actually less than 5 mths.

I'm sorry to say that Delbert did not attend and there was only 1 shareholder who did. 3 resolutions were voted on. There was no mention whatsoever of revenue being generated before December or any other date. It was not asked.

I am invested but cannot allow genuine shareholders to be misled by someone being untruthful.

I sat next to Francesco and was the only shareholder to attend.

I am happy to maintain being invested but to reiterate it was purely a resolutions vote.

Milton Group have bought 8m shares which is roughly £1m for an 8% holding. May well see more Institutional Investor buying.
