Oaks Securities broker note use $337 for the calcs but actual USA market price is approx $500 so he was being conservative. That said if a 'free market' is allowed with no Aussie Govt intervention he then stated $1,200 is not unrealistic. My query was what % of the gas produced at the well-head could we command seeing as we are not doing any of the 'donkey work / heavy lifting'. These were Anthony Hamilton's words.

We are not doing any of the refining / separating of the mix of gases, hydrogen, helium, natural gas, carbon dioxide etc or having to worry about storage or transport or infrastructure etc so I think if we could probably negotiate 20% of helium produced at full market price it would be an excellent deal.

We would have tens of millions p.a coming in for doing very little, basically the helium in the ground is the golden goose and we are selling the golden eggs for whatever we can get.

That's my take anyhow.

He does state 8% helium was encountered on previous gas samples but he also talks of 'stages' of risks and the uplifts in sp at each level with the first stage being the biggest of all and rises subsequently thereafter. He says we are on the cusp and a successful test this time round will see the biggest jump of all.

Botham, many thanks for the link, a real no nonsense interview and balances risks against rewards. Easy to perceive it as half glass empty or half glass full. To hear them speak of orders of magnitude of 2 or possibly 3, that's 100x and 1000x not multiples it brings it home that if successful then a Unicorn in the making.

The buyer of the most recent container of Helium shipped in to Australia paid $1,200 per mcf hence the disconnect in sp price on Oak Securities Broker note to where we are now.

Talk of the Aussie Govt getting involved or being bought out by an Institutional Investor was also interesting but if it ends up with neither and progresses under 'free market' conditions the sky is the limit.

Nothing is a no-brainer but if Helium is encountered come the first drill in December I agree with the interview that the resource will be of such national interest and commercial value we will be on our way with no shortage of off takers and interested parties, form a queue :¬)

Small day to day fluctuations are not worth worrying over unless people are happy to trade for a profit of £50. When the drill news hits try buying then. This is the time to accumulate / hold.

Troajan, many thanks for the link. Sounds even better than the written rns when actually spoken out aloud. All the permits in place, we are just 4 mths or so from actual drilling and he again re-iterated the reimbursement of any costs incurred setting up the well-head. Comes across as a fair but hard negotiator 'If you want our gas then it comes at a price and respect to who we are and what we have got'. I'm currently holding 600,000 ( 1% of the free float ) and will add before the drill.

My post has obviously not been worded very well as I am probably the staunchest supporter of this share and adding whenever funds allow. I was just genuinely interested if other companies have found themselves in the same situation as us and if there was a yardstick of what gas prices at well-head command.

If people read my previous posts they will see I mention the broker note with great enthusiasm and have included the £1.24 - £17.5 sp range as the 'header' in a lot of my posts. Iam singing from the same hymn sheet :¬)

Reserved or anyone else, do you know from your experience with other shares / companies the approx price that can be asked of for gas at the well-head, our 'cut' per se, as we are not doing the 'donkey work' of separating it or trucking it etc.

Is there an accepted market price say 10% / 25% of gas produced or would it negotiated on an individual basis?

All I am thinking is even 10% of $500 per mcf gives us $50 for doing precious little cost wise.

Assuming success at Hussar the revenue income will allow us to fund whatever we turn our hand to within the 900,000 acres

. Anthony Hamilton stated he wants to be in charge of a Helium Company that is one of the top 4 Globally. That may seem a wishful statement and goal but a distinct possibility, for those shareholders who are in at the beginning, no matter how small your holding, very big profits are highly possible.

Need to read the rns a couple of times to see just how Anthony Hamilton & Mark Wallace have dictated terms in our favour. Note the MOU Agreement states "to include the reimbursement of Georgina's Development Costs". That suggests we will be in good shape to demand an excellent price for the helium at the well head imo.

Removes the need to raise funds / dilution to finance any works.

Excellent in-depth explanation of next stages and and what we are currently actively engaged in. I have read in numerous bulletins that there are 'mobile' separation units which can be transported to well-heads that off take and separate the gases in situ.

A lot of options available and as you say drilling expected December / before Year End.

Andy Hamilton gave 3 interviews in the last fortnight, one at 45 mins in length with Finance Director Mark Wallace. One was 10 days ago stating their prospectus including their intention of listing on the LSE via a RTO, then a few days later another interview on the day of the listing stating it had gone ahead.

They went in to a lot of detail as to what to expect next. We listed 8 working days ago, drilling by Xmas is extremely fast in the world of gas and oil, the updates of each stage will happen, just sit on hands for a few weeks and accumulate. Read the broker note and if that doesn't give incentive then it's not for you.

Hardo, totally agree, no one is going to sell in the 2nd week of being listed on the stock market with the insane sp rises coming if just a whiff of helium is encountered, despite certain posters having an agenda.

Anthony Hamilton stated there was " A ranch of news due before the drill at Xmas" or words to that effect. I think we will be at least one multiple of where we are now prior to the drill.

Once / If Income is generated then it would allow scalability of the model of re-visiting / re-opening drilled wells that have been abandoned / shut in for whatever reason ( gas encountered when oil was the aim ).

The beauty of this model is that the 'already drilled wells' will still have the data to hand, seismic detail, logs etc which could be re-processed using more modern methods now available and therefore the optimum drills chosen for success over the less likely removing the 'drill in hope' scenario.

This could be applied across many countries and in particular the safer jurisdictions such as USA, Australia and with Trump quoting "Drill Baby Drill" the legislation permits is likely to be fast tracked.

Just sit on Hands time for a few mths is all that is required with plenty of news updates to be announced within that time.
