Hi mate, totally agree,
I sent a generic e-mail to i3 a few weeks ago regarding my concerns that would the Private Placing of $7.6m be detrimental to Gwik shareholders from a dilution of our % point of view and did not expect a response if I am honest.
I was taken aback to get an e-mail from Graham Heath the Co-Founder and Chief Financial Officer of i3 giving me his personal phone number and stressing to call him as he would be able to 'allay any concerns' that I had.
Was totally gobsmacked being an ordinary joe. So I called him, twice. Both early afternoon and heard a thumbling noise and then the phone went dead. its funnt now but what I did not realise was that Graham lives in Calgary, Alberta, Canada and with the time zone difference I had called him at 3 am and 4 30 am !! I was mortified.
The poor sod still called me back later in the day and even laughed about it, what a diamond geezer.
Anyway the point is he went into a lot of emphasis of the importance of shareholders and his words were I don't care if you have £500 or £500,000 invested he views all shareholders in the same light and has equal respect for them as they are important to his company. I know talk is cheap but this guy meant it and he came across as very sincere, I couldn't actually get away from him, he just went talk over drive.
He also said he appreciated that Gwik shareholders invested when the i3 venture was still at a 'risk' stage as opposed to where we are now and would not abuse that early investment or trust.
Probably why I was quite confident in the i3 team like yourself. We are starting out together, even i3 BOD.
