Hi infapounnd, Should automatically be done by your sharedealing 'broker' i.e HL, Barclays, HSDL etc whoever you nominee account is held with. i3 will inform Gwik / Amanda of the listing details and 'activate' the Convertible Loan Notes and Gwik should then inform all brokers direct, I am with HSDL and they have confirmed this that they will sort everything once notified. atb

Thanks show.me, I also have been told that the Gwik shell has been sold to increase our holding in Cora Gold and a pretty good deal was made by Amanda so hats off to her ( considering she has made money on an empty shell!). archie, yes Cora was expected end of this month ish and as part of i3 deal ( 9%) was traded to Paternoster for £130k also to initiate Cora Gold rto then I think Cora will have to wait for i3 to list to allow that transaction to take place. So absolutely could / should happen at the same time or if not a matter of days after. Nothing has changed in the potential of i3 and the Liberator Field at 7,300 bopd minimum its just the delays have taken the edge off of it for existing shareholders. Once listed all investors including larger fund managers will only see and be interested in the big profit potential all imo of course but agree with show.me this will be worth the wait. atb

The person on twitter having a laugh then, bit sad. Looking ahead and we cant live on sentiment and goodwill but if it had been a month I would assume they struggling full stop. But 2 weeks suggests that is long enough to re-list and this time it was attached to a quite lengthy RNS. Not sugar coating this at all and it is frustrating but 2 weeks or unders says they can see light at the end of the tunnel, a month or more and I would say they were no nearer than before. Just my take. atb

Hi pustule, that reads to me as a basic generic / automated response. I have had similar and it is rare to get detailed info which could be deemed sensitive / insider dealing before rns is released. Annoying but what I would expect and do not see it as ominous or gloomy. atb mate

Not sure but the higher the open price the worse for Gwik holders, lower opening the better then for it to rise.

Not sure, down to how quick each shareholders 'brokers' get their act together but right now I will just be happy for it to list, plain and simple. Hope twitter is correct and not sadistic hoaxer lol !

Think it was about 4 20 ish last time the delay actually made it on to this board. Surely now if a delay happens then shareholders deserve an update from i3 / Gwik Board who should demand some transparency. If enough of us approach the investor relations on behalf of the company, and it does not have to aggressive, then perhaps we will be kept in the picture a bit more moving forward.

about cope with another delay so long as we do list at some point, would be a tough break for it to stall and just drag on as we all know AIM can do. Fingers crossed but agree we would have heard something surely, even an announcement to our shareholder accounts in preparation. atb

Hi archie, I will be over the moon mate if it lists on Friday just preparing myself. I have been checking the IPO release boards and as you say all is still on currently. If it goes ahead it could prepare a news release from Cora Gold which is tied in so may go from one extreme to the other. Lets hope so. atb

If there is another delay the new date could be quite telling. If it is a few weeks to a month then it suggests they are still struggling with whatever issues they are trying to resolve. If however the 'new' date is 1 more week then it would suggest they are close to resolving / listing otherwise surely they would set a longer date ( seeing as they know what the problems are ). So the length of the new delayed date ( if it happens ) could be a bit of a giveaway as to where we are / how close to listing. As I say just musing without anything else to go on. atb

Morning, not heard much but it's my belief now that it would have been a combination of announcing i3 to the market in addition to a fund raising exercise. Only my gut instinct and would be very happy to be told I am wrong but with the lack of any updates we may have another delay. Cannot base this on anything more than i3 will know if it is going ahead Friday or not with just 2 days to go certainly after a months delay to get everything that was holding it up sorted and therefore an announcement to that effect should have been forthcoming. I am not changing my stance one bit and believe this will come good and with Cora Gold a double whammy. If we do delay again then it really is time to give shareholders an update of details and where we are in going forward. If we have that then it would take away the uncertainty and sentiment / guesswork etc.. If you look at IPO due release boards it is not uncommon to have date changes, in fact more do than not, but despite that its my guess funding may not be completed or someone has had second thoughts. It could still go ahead as IPO generally on listing do their fund raising then, we will see by close of play tomorrow if Friday is good to go. Fingers crossed. atb

Royoboy, you are correct as it does actually state that 8 listed oil companies present for 30 mins etc etc There are 8 named and 7 are listed on the stock markets, the 8th one that isn't is i3. Does that mean as you say i3 'see' themselves as listed because they know that is about to happen. Lets hope so. atb
