Hi royoboy, I believe the money we got from Paternoster is the �160k or so that we put into Cora and that is why show.me and others are a bit miffed that we did not receive any discount / favourable terms as we were in at the start. When you think the initial rns stated that Gwik were going to rto Cora 100% it would appear we have been left to drift, also Amanda cv states she is an expert of fundraising on behalf of companies, a proven track record of $500m thus far. Why then if Cora only needed �3.45m was that not seen as a massive opportunity to get a bigger stake, not a lot of money in the bid scheme of things. Just seems very half hearted and does not bode well for any more 'exciting' opportunities that Gwik have planned ( imo of course) Letting my ride for 2 months or so then putting towards funding Xmas. atb

really need is news on i3 funding, Cora was always a freebie. The longer it goes on the more doubt as to whether it can be raised. I am probably one of the most optimistic investors but starting to have concerns about funding, more than happy for an rns to hit proving me completely wrong. atb

Just a thought mate and obviously not in front of the presentation but it might be possible to have a quick word with Amanda Van Dyke after its finished / at the end and just pose a general question about Cora Gold, where are we with that etc. Worth a try mate if you are up for it. Could be a double whammy getting info on both. atb

Thanks Tessellate that would be great, would be nice to know a bit more of what i3 are planning in the future other than the single Liberator well, might get some detail if they going for the whole Liberator Field Cluster as loosely stated previously, that would be worth a placing to secure several more wells as good as the 7,300 bopd currently owned. Yes thanks show.me. The purpose of presentations are usually to bring to attention potential investors / Fund Managers and to 'put it out there' as it were, could this be a fund raise. If so not a problem but just thinking if this is the evening before latest supposed listing date then it is not inconceivable that the 25th will be delayed again. It may well go ahead but the recent Schedule 1 update did not give a specific date just 'mid july' or 'late july' ( going from memory ). Not sure who updates the AIM recent IPO issue board ( brokers / nomads perhaps ) but it obviously is not a problem to just type in a new date. Not being negative just the fact it is the night before concerns me, perhaps I am getting paranoid! atb

Hi royoboy, I believe someone worked the ratio out at approx. 720:1 which would mean you get approx. 3600 new i3 shares. atb

Its the Cora Gold shares that are the freebies, the i3 ones are what those of us who are invested in Gwik paid into. I bought in at 0.11 so nearly breaking even. On that basis if 0.1 is equated to MarCap listing at £14m ish then in simple terms when MarCap goes to £28m we double up (0.2) and so relative to multiples of £14m. RNS did state once producing MarCap circa $400m on 7,300 bopd so that is not short of 30 x. Yes further placings but for those that can wait a year big returns. Wanted more sooner but as show.me says at least we coming back to market, no matter how good anything is if we don't list it does not mean a thing. atb

Hi spicey, like to think it will, certainly a few on twitter saying they have heard from those close to major shareholders that it is finally going ahead. Personally after the past delays It has tempered my expectations and actually coping better this time round. It would hopefully free up Amanda and Cora Gold and set the ball rolling on that front as well. My 'place your bets' is a Yes, it will go ahead. Can only be a guess but whats your gut feeling. atb

On July 20th and then fund raise and no reason not to believe this is not the case what are peoples thoughts on sp for Gwik holders i.e will it be good that we list with an sp that will rise when funding complete or sp initially higher due to MarCap coming in lower (as fund raise not complete) making Gwiks % holding more valuable or do people think sp a lot lower as i3 perceived as not fully funded. A lot of permutations there and just interested in peoples opinions, Rocky500, show.me and other more knowledgeable posters thoughts please. atb

Hi Pompey yes my point being that placing and fundings are one and the same on start up, i3 have already had a successful private placing for funds of $7.6m as stated a couple of months or so ago and this to part fund the first stage. We all know we have to find another $30m ish to get to production stage, may not need quite that much but that has always been the plan. From there on in I think i3 management want to acquire the whole Liberator Field cluster which increases the number of drill sites from Liberator and should mimic the expected 7,300 bopd ( minimum ) expected from each well. Whether funded from the initial well or further placings the returns will / should far exceed the outlays. We just need to list imo and get the show on the road. Sometimes during long spells of inactivity it pays to re read the previous RNS's and updates to remind us exactly what the plan is. That hasn't changed, the IPO date has !! atb

I remember the last twitter saying they had heard from a reliable source that it was definitely going to list on last date June 30th and it proved to be totally false, I even commented on the twitter post being a bit sad once it was delayed again. My take, so long as we list first and foremost that is the most important thing and we go from there. As for placings in reality that is just another name for fund raising surely for a company starting out rom scratch. atb

Pretty grim Full Year Results, trying to look for positives but absolutely dire, total of £2k profit. Not invested anymore but follow this as a couple of years ago met with Phil Jackson and Lord Razell in person and it promised so much. Genuinely sorry for current holders who have waited for so long for these results.
