Addison, just to add, if positive news during an rns in suspension we would open at 8am at a re-rated sp ( on resuming trade ). There would not be a chance to buy in as the rise would be a vertical line, if transformational news, to an sp of what the MarCap is believed to be worth on the news.
Not many of you will remember a company, ticker name GON, they were suspended and people locked in were suicidal as they thought the company was finished / going in to liquidation, once suspension was lifted at 8am that day the sp went up 6,000%, yes a multiple of x 60!
My point is the sp line was as vertical as you could get and went to the moon, the rise was instant, an electronic push of a button.#
Just to add GON went bust a few mths later but it's the best re-rate in 5 terms I have ever witnessed, and no I was not invested unfortunately :¬(
Suthy, yes but not only that governments are now speaking out about taking a step forward with regards to crypto currency, with safeguards and legislation, as they now see it as an inevitability. Rishi Sunak is a big advocate of crypto / blockchain, as is the current Deputy Governor to the Bank of England.

Hi Suthy I don't think it is a coincidence that as I stated yesterday BLACKROCK with $10 Trillion funds under asset management ( world's largest fund manager ) have announced they are coming on board with bitcoin and therefore all the clients they have on their books are available to invest part of their portfolio in to the cryptocurrency markets. Even 1% equates to a $100bn shot in the arm for bitcoin.
It also sends a message of confidence that bitcoin / crypto is here to stay, along with anything blockchain of course.

It was pretty clear in the May RNS, for me at least, that we ( QBT ) had got what they wanted from D-Wave from a learning prospective, I actually read it at the time that we had basically gleaned everything we wanted and I won't say we 'used' them but took the bits we wanted and realised this helped our R&D guys move forward and add to it. It read that there was nothing else to be gained from continuing with D-Wave, hence the term 'suspended' was used, and we were on a trajectory of even greater technological findings than anything that was available.
Moving on therefore is a big plus in my book and just shows how we are ahead of anything we come across.

Apart from that 1 large sell the vast majority being buys, not a lot of difference in cost of sells against buys, approx £1500 so the drop appears overdone. Copper over $7k per tonne and China announcing they are coming out of lock down so should see some improvement soon.

Thanks Polyk, we can't guarantee success anywhere but I am hoping she will make better returns here than the 1% per annum she would get in most savings / current accounts. That said, she did get a buzz sitting next to me when clicking on the buy button, I think you are correct, she may have caught the investing bug already :¬)

Assuming a sale of Victory goes ahead as planned and while I appreciate we do not know the agreed price per therm but expect it to be higher than used in the NAV, what do PI's see as a realistic sp following the sale. I do mean realistic, 1p a possibility? This would give our MarCap circa £90m.
Thoughts please.

I suggest everyone read the incredible 5 x posts from RKB Beekeeper, then see if Aimgoal22 post was as inaccurate as was the agenda behind it, he could not speak more highly of FG and with so much incredible detail, you almost feel as though you know him yourself.
Starship as for not knowing who is genuine on here the disgraceful trolling against Addison by Aim22 showed his true colours straight away, not sure how you couldn't judge that, nothing genuine about him or that he is a genuine investor, still there are a few of those aren't there.
Read RKB's posts before taking and believing and backing false posts from an agenda riddled troll.
Hopefully that's made my position plain enough.

It would be nice if someone can find the full post from RKB because it was overwhelmingly full of praise for FG as a character reference, someone who had known him personally for many years and the biggest trait to come out of it was that he never gave up when he put his mind to something, and by the way it does appear FG will win his court cases, particularly Sipiem.
But Starship I don't particularly care to be honest, my truck was with someone who has personally insulted one of the most decent posters on this board and that's fine, its says a lot more about him than it does me.
Addison / Rockfordd both correct, his post about FG was lengthy and and very supportive about FG's character, stating he was a man of integrity who had always succeeded in whatever he turned to and was not known for giving up, again words to that effect. It was a very reassuring post about him knowing FG personally.
Addison as for the trolling from Aimgoal22, ignore mate, nasty bit of work with insulting comments. Has an agenda to cast doubt as a couple of others on here, one a bit more subtle than the other.
Golf17 sussed them straight away.
atb mate.
It's true the last couple of years have been pretty awful and the detractors are correct, but now for the 1st time ever we Syme are going to complete the milestone IM, that is what is important. Tony Brown stated there are an awful lot of eyes in the USA looking on and waiting in the wings to see how things pan out.
We will not fly. We will steadily and gradually increase our IM numbers, WL , MENA and other regions coming on board, snowball effect also. It will see an improvement to the sp and most peeps will get their money back / break even within a year imo, after that it;s up to those who wish to stay invested and make a profit, which you will at this very low sp level.

I would need the same rise as well, but that was not my point, why the size of the buys at this stage with an unclear rns? that's baffling me.
I hold 75m, and here's some honesty, I thought the open offer was rubbish as to only getting 1 per 66, not a lot of point really or any incentive for the individual to take the offer up but good that they have not had to issue billions more.
I didn't like the ambiguity on Trade Flow either but the response from PI's here and the buying reassured me, a bit.
atb.
It does seem strange regarding the size of the buys, like everyone else I thought the rns left more questions unanswered than answered, the TF comment on first reading frightened the life out of me as my gut reaction was even they are getting the hell out of relationship with Syme, but I just can't get my head around the size of the buys in the tens of thousands of £ that have happened today and unlike any I have seen if I am honest in absolutely ages, if at all.
At this stage buys of nearly £50k and several of £25k, and yes a sell or two, are not punts, they really aren't so my guess is these buyers are privvy to something or have more money than sense. Hopefully it's the former.
