Does LC get 30 days to take the SML up as I cannot see him wanting to pay for it without a PPA or the outcome of the tender is known. Should the PPA not come because the tender process requires further unknown steps then I cannot see why LC would want to take the SML up. Except to keep another party out

The reason I think it is possible that he is in an NDA as Kibo is the only IPP who has submitted a PPA and to the best of our knowledge we do not know if that is going to progress as a standalone , or not.

Then again he may not want to say anything as he does not want to give a heads up to any potential rival bidders. Just imagine how much grief he would get from some on here if he did not keep his cards close to his chest and a rival used that against Kibo

I think it may be something as simple as Noble no longer wish to be involved offshore south atlantic. If they get the license reverted as expected then it may be a case of courting new partners.
