Shumba are cashed up and hold a shed load of Kibo. I am thinking that LC planned it this way despite all of our concerns for dilution, why else would he?

I believe kibo are funded to manage MCPP to FC with who ever.

Perhaps Shumba and some of the investors shown around by FE in Botswana may come to the party for the rest. The funding for MCIPP is the unknown. The good thing isthat both BIPP and MCPP will be at FC before final funding for MCIPP is needed. I do not see these sequence of events as a coincidence.

MCIPP also has room for Solar, that may have interested the visiting investors.

The rest is ''lights on'' expenses. The last financial report showed a huge reduction in cash burn. the last thing Shumba would want is to have a load of kibo worth nothing. If they invested some more to bring both BIPP and MCIPP home that would be worth while for them

In addition Shumba have arranged arranged their own financing from the Botswana STock exchange using Coal pension funds.

I have no idea if the above is feasible, just throwing it out there as pure speculation.

Global people are entitled to change their intent at anytime without being told they are wrong or stupid. I was under the impression you think this price is fair even if Sepco buy n at this price for all future projects. Seems hard to see where your 7.5p would come from let alone my 45p

We do not know what late undeclared deals are waiting to come through since Thursday. Tomorrow may prove interesting. the MMs have not released buys to match the sales for the last two trading days. For every sell there is a buy etc. Unless the MM are building their own book to a figure close to the max they can hold.

fair enough, if you think today's price is a fair price and reflects fair value. Why not take advantage and sell. There must be other shares out there that can offer you better than fair value.

Do you have a link to the article advising that GE is cutting Africa? AS I would like to see the specifics on what and where they are cutting. Clearly you do know as your post suggests.

I know that GE are under investigation and that they are under new management. Not much more has been advised?

I said 45p for the value of the SP not the price SEPCO would buy in at. A BIG difference. My suggestion was one of the more Bullish by a long way

based upon 15p per project. Kibo had announced three projects, this price included coal sales.

Caveat, there has been a few guess the price of this and that over the years. I do not recall 40p

You got Kibo so right you sold out and invested again 4.5. I will not be wanting to look out for the woods and trees in your forest of confusion.

Unlike you I never attended any of the sepco /Kibo woodland meetings.

So I am going to speculate; that SEPCO wanted in at the latest SP price, and LC quite rightly told them no way.

''You want exclusivity on all out projects now and going forward you the premium price''. sepco said '' no'' not today.

See if you can get your head around that one. Take your time I know you are slow.

If Sepco wanted out, then the RNS would have said so. Maybe the next RNS will do so. I was not at the meetings, so cannot confirm one way or another. Sometime this week we will know what is happening.

IF sepco wanted out they would have walked. They have not. This is all about their way of doing business.

Nothing to do with LC unless you want him to give Sepco what they want at the price they want it. LC has said we will take it under advisement hence the board meeting.

How Collaborative will GE be, or not remains to be seen. I suspect we will all know a lot more by the end of the week.

In the meantime let speculation run rife

We have not been told that Sepco see Kibo as uninvestable. They may have baulked at the price LC wanted them to pay.

Sepco will have pay, on a 'use it or lose it' basis. we will know the reality this week.
