That is a good question. Going back a year ago the former state Governor had been to China and was encouraged to think that the end of 2018 may see some movement in this regard. The NS has never been short of gas.just not seen as a commercially viable project at that time. I am not sure if improvements in technology have altered that perception/ reality.

As for getting in early offers why on earth would you bite on those? that is giving it away!! Taking a look at the way the TG see things, may be worth considering, as investors will see it their way.

I think suggestions on here that the demise of GE in Africa are greatly exaggerated, unless that have direct evidence to the contrary.
