Well it looks like the BOD could not partner with a credible third parts. i suspect a credible third party has deemed the OXP board with no credibility. I have no confidence in the present BOD to have the skills required to take this venture on and Would see this as more of an opportunity for them to step down. This reeks of snouts in the trough with gilded words designed to make them not look like the pigs they are. All in all a vote of no confidence from me.

The market has/ is voted no confidence in the BOD. Bravo should resign and do his MBA in his own time. The lack of focus and attention to detail when taking care of business has got us here. EGM time?

The risk that has turned this was not one that we could see coming. having FDA wanting more would be inevitable as part of a defined process. That the BOD of a Pharma had no idea on what a defined process looked like or shown any nous to see if there was one was not a risk I factored in for sure. This is a whole sale disaster, from which the BOD will continue to reward themselves generously whilst they take their sweet time wondering what to do next and how to do it. I am surprised that woodford has not had more of an influence by matching the absent skill sets from his pharma contacts. He needs one of his picks to turn around. Then again perhaps he has decided that with the present BOD this is beyond rescue. Unless they bring in a specialist at at BOD level with a new chairman I would not be over confident in them making the needed progress.

World class pharma with less than world class BOD, this is a common feature in AIM. Great ideas with competence levels for effective delivery undone by BOD out of their depth or worse. In this case I think they just do not have the ability to get a great product to market. I would be more impressed if they announced a recruit at BOD level who does have a 'take to market' track record.

With 17 points for annulment It would be a very creative ICSID to award partial annulment. Then again perhaps 17 points does give them something to play with

Noble may just decide to ''land bank'' Argos for longer. They may also snap up more in our locality at heavily discounted prices to build their ''land bank'' further.
