I suggest that formal talks have been entered into in the last 18 days. i wonder how far they progressed the informal talks prior to this date? i am certain the talks have not started from a 'low level'.

I am even suspecting that that who ever they are talking to specified what information they needed as a minimum from IW2 to progress talks from informal to formal.

Will still take time, and if the prospective partner does not want to approach IW2 over the winter. They may defer a final deal until next spring.

I believe Dw confirmed before anyone new that PB was unwell that 88e owned the analysis not BEX.

PB had done all the work to prove that icewine had the resource and selected what he believed was optimal exploration drill for W1, the results of which encouraged IW2. I suspect the Tool box with the science update plus information of 'flare cuts' on the old wells going back many years is a treasure trove a real legacy.

The RNS was a request by some here to have clarification at the last minute request to have two extra documents. This request was already in the public domain. No harm no foul.

I suspect LC was grinding his teeth as he issued it. His wording looked like he was daring the TG to make something else up at the last minute. He must have enjoyed X referencing the MCIPP ML news and its suggestion of shortened time scales.

Mr market like LC and the rest of us will be disappointed in the TG at this stage.

I never did get to know if people actually did submit their data as demanded in order to attend and if they then got spammed

I think the update report tell us that the do have the needed info.. Question is will there be a partner who needs to move now based upon that info. They may see it differently

I suppose the experience will have taught LC even more about himself and what it takes to get things moving, anticipating procedures and managing timely execution in situations that are not as simple as they should be.
Any fool can mange when the going is easy.

I would like to think that the 'economies of scale' may be cerebral as well as practical. All to the benefit of Kibo as well as current and future partners.

The hardest part is always the first steps, repetition gains skills and confidence. Kibo has never been a 100% energy company before.

Dr S Staley runs the conventional appraisal for 88e. His judgement is pretty good.

Anything over 20% COS for conventional usually triggers a green light for a drill.

I am in for a win as the North Slope is looking way more prolific than the South china Sea and the Gulf of Mexico, combined! High Grade API is also a feature of this region.
