I agree the standard of question can only encourage the same from the answer.

If true then we should get the full rebate as the SOA coffers at present POO should be getting replenished plus some. The rebates were suspended when POO was circa 40$pb. By the time this gets settled it maybe moot and academic except to lay down legal precedent.

Understand where you are coming from and if this was all about MCPP, I may be in full agreement with you. Now that BIPP and MCIPP are in play I sense that things may well be different in 2019. You never know, perhaps MCPP might be sorted by then.:))

very short term trip

Just looked again at the BIPP news release included clear steps that need to be taken, even if without time scales for each step

MCIPP we are now told about the ML. Be nice if LC would spell all the steps and stages for both these projects. timelines can wait as they can be too fluid.

I am not sure that each sovereign state has identical procedures.

Just all points to 2019 being an amazing year. Especially if the MCPP gets ramped up to its full potential.

I would not be surprised to find that once the MCPP gets bedded down that another project gets announced.

I have had a quick look at the last set of Q & A.

We have two more questions on the LSE board and IMHO the standard of question has sailed upwards. Jut goes to show that you can get a quantity of quality. I do not wish to put DW under any more pressure, the quality of answer is going to be deservedly high.

HC are still asking away and even across both boards very few duplicate questions being raised. Perhaps more of a reflection of extra potential projects than just icewine shale.

I must admit I have given up second guessing time frames here. I think we might all be distracted by the speed of light actions on MCIPP to worry about what happens on the MCPP.....I dream.

You are spot on LC has confirmed that what they asked for is in the main completed. I would not be surprised if they used LC documents as a template and tacked on a few things

I think much of this could be a copy and paste in the correct format. Ii be surprised if it would take a day or two. By saying two weeks, he will have under promised and over delivered for the TG.

The other two SML applicants are in the same boat but may take longer to get it together. I wonder if the minister is going to wait for all three SML documents to be fully compliant in form and substance so they can have a megga sign off party for all...with the cameras there, but of course.

Mizman I suspect LC sees the SML and PPA authorisation process as being very closely linked. So when he submitted the PPA and the RNS he never saw extra procedures coming for the SML!!

It is a game but it looks like its time to locate a chair as the music may be close to stopping.

I wonder how the TG will react if they find that the MCIPP overtakes them. probably an indifferent shrug of the shoulders. They are not exactly answerable to anyone.

C grove no one is encouraging any rude questions, quite the opposite. on the previous Q & a i did get some questions that were the type i suggested they send direct.

Why?

The Q & A is designed to be an opportunity for investors to learn more about their investment. Some questions you may feel you know the answer to. There may be questions with answers that may or may not give you cause to pause and reflect.

No one is forcing anyone to ask questions or read the Q & A on wiki when it arrives. Some investors may see this as part of their process for DYOR. Some will not, and would not care less, that is for them.
Dw was NOT instructed to take a Q &A, he volunteered 10 days ago when I asked if he would after the Q2/H1 report was in. He could have said no. Dw is quite capable of managing his time. Thank you for the question

I reckon it is taking two weeks to submit as they are focused on the MCIPP. They do not want to pay the SMl fee until they have to, around about PPA time, when ever that will be.

Having looked at the forms needed to be filled and sent in. I be surprised if it took two days to complete and one day to check before submission....unless they are busy elsewhere.:))

Elyfrac based in Houston with over 100,000 fracs are the guys who planned this. PB brought them in and they confirmed it is the best shale play they had ever seen. I understand mr Ely is an octogenerian with more than a few years worth of oil know how in the shale area.

Do you want to word your question taking into account that no Conventional guys have been involved and that it is texan know how driving this.
