Small BOD does not need CEO the MD is more than qualified. The MD is owning all the items you raised.

Of course it is going to be a Fire sale, how can it not be if the Farm out does not come in and the Cash position is not good. A buyer is not concerned how you failed, they want their price and they would get it.

Your option is a non event.

88e should stay in the game and that is a shareholder decision. Those who are not invested have no say. Those share holders who want out can always just walk. Todays SP will be higher than the end of month SP if we cannot get a farm out and have insufficient cash.

Be cheaper to sell the icewine HRZ leases or let them lapse, except for a corridor to the Conventional leads. Retain yukon and the Nanashuk. Focus on the potential of NET 1.4bb of conventional oil.

If need be the the highly successful consolidation and placing that was the Dragon oil solution.

There are answers and I am sure Dw is not just on top but way ahead

Going bust is way too strong.

There is money in the bank and tat may be enough to complete the nanashuk project. problem is there will be no reserves.

The issue that too many like Phrontist seem unable to grasp is that IF we do not get a farm out Dw cannot risk going into what would be the last chance saloon at Nanashuk.

So how do we raise cash?

If the farm out does not come through, the SP will be decimated, unless anyone can tell me different so equity placing would be a disaster, may not even get underwritten unless silly discounts are on the table.

So I am waiting for a sensible suggestion other than it means the end of the world.

Take over at a give away price or stay in the game with significant consolidation and placing. I refer to this as the highly successful and proven Dragon Oil solution.

Yes, they are after the Ml which they expect to get within the next two weeks. So they have expectations that the gazette and form submission can be done in short order.

Interestingly they say this new process is to be applied for ALL mining licenses, so I am assuming the three SMl will have the same requirements. I would expect Kibo and the other two to be on top,of this as well... no RNS needed:))

Just had a quick peek at the walkabout board. They are spitting and their sp is off 18% due to the news re the gazette holding up the SML

No indication of timelines for the government to complete the gazette and issue the forms. Probably a whole heap of new red tape to get that part done as well.

Wonder what else they will dream up?

Nothing sinister just an obvious observation if the Farm out does not come through what will the alternatives be? Do you think the SP is going to be driven down by comments here or by the failure, for whatever reason, to deliver a Farm out? Equally what affect will the non delivery have on the SP.?

Exactly!! So no getting the right deal at the right time...it is needed now as opposed to wanted perhaps alters the landscape?.

Did make me smile as the department responsible, clearly had no idea why the mining licenses they issued were being rejected. Was it not 3 weeks ago we were told that thousands of licenses had been issued...clearly not.

Anyway we will at least get those papers sorted this week..... i hope:)
