If we do spend on permits for additional leases then that will give me confidence that a financial solution is not far away. We need one as circa $5m in the bank will not get us a retained farm out position that is accretive. Even with full value from the SOA rebates and reduced cash flow for loan repayments no longer due, this is not I believe the the strongest cash position.

Based upon emerging science and new engineering techniques. The Oil is there, getting out in line with vapour phase theory appears to be the challenge.

I suspect the forward guidance we will get for Q2/H1 will point us in this direction.

I doubt that there will be a farm out for IW2 this year. We cannot afford anything more with the shale until we get some success with the Conventional

I am not sure there is much that they can do with the Yukon until Q1 2020. Permitting takes time. I am not sure they will get enough seismics back to justify permit applications. For me that rules out the North.

Dogstain the mention of BOTH conventional and Shale Farm OUT was before IW2 part2 started. Refer to January oil and gas presentation in London.

The Farm out for IW2 will now be determined by how much, if any, new science has added value.

Could be that we will not get a farm out for IW2 and it will be shut in again for 2019, we just do not know. May possibly be that science and engineering progress may favour a 2019 approach for IW2.

I suspect the near focus is on 3D and farm out for the two western conventional wells. What is certain is we do not have too much left in the kitty to afford more than perhaps 20% retention for each well assuming we get the SOA rebates in far faster than they appear to be coming.

Unless DW believes he has no choice but to go back to the markets which will be far more painful.

As for funding Yukon, forget it, unless we get a left field solution.

Sometimes there is a danger of reading what we want into a RNS.

IW" at this stage is just ''suspended'' as opposed to ''plugged and Abandoned '' or even ''shut in''. That Suspended could easily lead into either of the other two is still an option.

By the way the distance from Franklin Buffs to Pump 2 on TAPS is a mere 12 miles, cost close to $20m2. as the aim is to prove and sell up this is not a significant financial consideration. Compare to Caleus who need to spend $800m to lay down pipe to pump 1.

4/ Capex and Opex already identified in the presentations and are no secret P50 BEP $39
