I think it may be wise to consider IW2 as being on the back burner, but for a good reason. There is no winter season rush for a Farm out partner. IW2 is available 365 days a year if the partner has the funding to provide 1m$ per month for heating.

I suspect that we will not get early movement on a farm out for conventional. This will probably happen once fully analysed 3 D is available,,, end of August possibly?

The most important issue for me is the financials with forward guidance, Q2/H1 report due soon.

Cash has not been raised for a Horizontal. the cash has been used to set up the JV for horseshoe. The costs of the Horiziontal drill for IW2 is net$12m to 88e. We have under 6m$ in the bank.

The hope was and is that a new Farm out for IW2 be agreed, we are still waiting for news.

IW2

was designed to be a test production well, that part did not eventuate. understanding why is the key and Industry may hold that key. The farm out talks will determine if industry has the confidence, maybe not this year.

I suspect that 'industry' may wish to see more. They may be aligned by being the same people interested in the Conventional farm out talks. Should they be the same party, then expect them to push the two conventional drills beyond the identified stack plays into the HRZ.

The history side of such a report is easy and probably does not take too much time. The content is hard data.

The variable is in the forward guidance and I suspect that the contents of such guidance may still be under discussion.

Smiffy the SP is languishing at close to 3X what I paid for it.

To suggest that the acquistion of Yukon and the new JV is not a demonstration of value creation is not yet proven. This does not mean that it does not exist. Should the acquisition not have taken place then your suggestion may be valid.

That sp is where it is at means that the market wants to see evidence of how the value will be created.

The market has now removed the value form shale, so the SP value is now supported by the Conventional leads.

Loss of value in shale added value from Conventional.

The value will start to come through from the Conventional Farm out. We were given guidance that it would be nearer August. For analysis to be completed. early delivery of some of the data does not mean early delivery of results.

DW, unlike you has skin in the game, it is important to get a result not just from a financial viewpoint but as a highly motivated professional.
