RE: Where is 88E going in H2 2018?9 Jul 2018 15:00

''But the temporary closing of Icewine 2 prior to oil flow is unquestionably a deep blow. Further, there has been no explanation for failure. No technical reason. Did we drill Ice-2 without knowing the full list of technical reasons leading to success or failure?
I feel we as 88E are teetering on the edge of a precipice.''
For goodness sake we were told time and time again;
''This is a one off, never been seen before hybrid, with both good and bad attributes'' COS 60%
So how can anyone know
''the full list of technical reasons leading to success or failure?''
''It also concerns me that such a significant business partner and 88E have not clarified the future relationship. What decisions are now being made by 88E that were previously made by Burgundy?''
Until,we get an RNS advising any change, there is no change. ASX rules regarding ''continuous disclosure'' covers this.
''Would Ice-2 have worked if PB was still here?'' are you serious, how would we ever know!!
''I think our hands-on involvement in Alaska is coming to an end, at least for foreseeable future.''
So Eric is not to sort the permits for Horseshoe, if not him then who? Do you expect this to be done for nothing?
We must tighten our belts and shut down on expenditure to sub-contractors for exploration related activity. (This happened on Ice-2). Has this not already happened? subject to costs of sharing data with a prospective farm out partner A Call for Cash could bring 88E to its knees and let in a forced cut price buy-out. That is exactly why DW has advised he wants to go with Farm out and NOT equity dilution
''H2 2018 should focus entirely on negotiating Farm In for:'' Really fancy that< I am sure DW will be both pleased and relieved to get your guidance.
''with target date for oil production'' As this is a conventional lead the production will be the scream of Gusher as the tankers fill up. So date and time will be spud and depth drilled to the play zone. Arctic Fox made very short work of 11,000'
IF the conventional leads are proven up for good flow at 10,000bpd per well then you can see 10p fading in to the distance through your rear mirror. The big question is will the drill be planned to over shoot into the HRZ as part of the deliniation process.
