Just to clear up and confusion or misinterpretation from the answers in the Q&A, I received an email from Dave late last night,

"Just had a quick look and seems like at least one response has been misinterpreted.

The frac engineers did not make ANY recommendation - vertical or horizontal. So we did not pay for advice and then ignore it. Their job was to design the frac and locate the perfs not determine strategy for evaluation in relation to the well completion / design. That was a joint decision between the "Joint" Venture parties.

No blame was laid in any way, shape or form. Especially as we do not believe we have failed.

World bank funding for the Spine of the national grid agreed. How many years to construct that i suspect more than three years.

I suspect if the both projects started today the Transmission lines might be ready to take off some of the power load in three years time for 300mw.

I would expect both in tandem might get a joint end point for completion. I am sure SEPCO will be ready to hook up mine mouth to the World bank funded transmission line.

Starting together may be a reality, ending together? In addition I think it is safe to assume that the starting point is 300mw.....subject to Extent. Will this affect speed of setting up the backbone of transmission lines?

I wonder how much of this was already completed before Kibo appeared. As LC is very confident about getting an application in soonest, I suspect this part is pretty much late stage.

I suspect those who serve magafuli do so in fear. fear of losing out by making a decision that could kick them out of government and they can do nothing else to earn a crust etc. Happens through out third world, developing countries. Always safer to decide not to decide.

I suspect LC knows this will drag and that is why we have MCPP and BIPP, like a junior oiler has to have a placement every time they see the sp rise so as to have money for the next drill etc.

Our two next drills look like they are going to be over the correct target. MCPP will happen if and when they are ready, maybe

The two final documents to be submitted by end of this week, maybe sooner. This will then be considered by the Minister prior to being rejected or, if accepted, endorsed and forwarded to cabinet for approval.

I suspect mid/late August before the SML will have been considered.

Maybe it will be end of Q3 before either, or both form part of the agenda for a cabinet meeting.

Guys 92 very good questions.. many of of us PIs are non industry professionals. More than few try hard to improve their knowledge DYOR being the common mantra. Some who are industry professionals have tried to help. The library of Q & A on wiki are all part of the treasure trove of information that will encourage, Buy, Hold or Sell....even Wait some more. Another 90+ questions to help those who are interested in their investment. I am sure that investors will gain some benefit even if it is only from just one from the Q & A.

Dw will I am sure find it helpful to receive these questions in a format that he can supply orderly information in one go rather than deal with random e -mails asking the same question/s over and over again.

The answers may in turn generate new questions. A healthy hunger and thirst for knowledge is no bad thing when used in supporting an individual's decision making process.
