.. I queried the situation regarding testing etc., following todays RNS, .... reply received from sarah as follows:
"Dear Michael
James asked me to revert back to me on your question below:
Testing is underway – this is a long process with multiple steps along the way. We’re not giving a day-by-day update on this, and we think it’s the result that counts, which you will see in time with RNS. Equipment and staff for the test are being sourced in Morocco and imported, in a way that minimizes the cost and makes the operation as safe and efficient as possible. The test involves re-entering the well and cleaning it up, running logs to check that the casing is properly cemented to the rock formations, to avoid leaks, and then using coiled tubing, perforating the casing with ‘guns’ to allow any gas to flow. At a later stage, the reservoirs are stimulated with fractures in the rocks to increase the production rates. If the well flows, then there are a series of steps to monitor the flow rate over time, and to shut in in the well to monitor the pressure build up in the reservoir. As you can see – multiple steps to establish the commercial potential of this exciting discovery at TE-10.
Hope this helps and thanks for taking the time to write in."
