It was drilled months ago,... and if there was nothing there they would have had to say so. Instead we are testing and fracking.... and they have already announced the find and what flow rates we need to make it commercial.

So let's not kid ourselves that they are carrying out some sort of elaborate charade to cover their a8ses,.. because they can't face telling us that it is a duster. It isn't,.... and well know in the next two or three weeks what we have.

My plan is to

1 wait and see what comes back from the Registrar and then I will understand the process if I/we were to want to put forward any motions that will need to be put forward to the vote?

2 As far as I am aware the date of the AGM hasn't been announced yet,..but in previous years it has tended to be the last week of June,.. and held in London

3 If there is a group of disgruntled shareholders who would like to meet up before and have brain storm, .. I'm more than happy to do so,.. but probably not worth it until we get some feed back from the powers that be in regards of what can or can't be achieved and what sort of overall shareholding we would need to be holding in order to be heard?

I'm not expecting any reply from PF,.... he replied to my e-mail the other week,.... my second expressing annoyance wasn't an exchange he was likely to get in to!

I'll let you know if I get a response from Tom/Registrars,.. to be far to him it's not his job to make them respond,.. but hopefully he will steer me in the right direction,.. with the Registrars and at WSG. If they fail to respond,.. that only makes our case stronger for a vote of no confidence etc.,...

Anyway.... passes a few moments whilst we wait for all of those MoU's to be converted by the end of the year etc., etc.,

About 5 weeks to the Trading Update in May when we will find out if we managed EBITDA positive last year..... and clearly that will have to include an update on Iran and Africa.

Moving house over next week or so,.... had hoped I would have had a bit of WSG money in my pocket by now... c'est la vie!

Where are based Ned.... I'm in the West Country,... but up and down to London regularly, so a meet in that neck of the woods would be easy.

If anybody else is up for a meet in the next few weeks,.. perhaps when we have the Trading Statement in front of us,.. if not before,... do you want to make yourselves known..?

It has been over a week now and no response. This is unacceptable as they have a duty of care to the shareholders to allow proper scrutiny and probity.

Can please provide me with the details of their member of staff responsible for dealing with WSG?… and confirm,.. and provide contact details,. for the member of Staff at WSG who is responsible for ensuring that these matters are addressed professionally.

There is some degree of urgency as there is only circa 10 weeks to the AGM ( assuming it will be held to a similar time-scale as the previous years)… and there is clearly a wish by many shareholders to be heard, in a substantive manner, at that time.

1 I've not heard back from the Registrars,... so will go back to Tom and ask him to instruct them or the Company to respond. They have now had a week.,.. which is not an un-reasonable ask?

2 No specific agenda,.. as in to 'oust' anybody. Doubt we ever muster enough shareholding to have that sort of clout. However,.. I would like to see more accountability at the top,,.. and I have serious concerns about the amount of "fowlers' on the pay roll,.. and whether the are best qualified to carry out the roles they do and what happens when messes up,.... does their failure get brushed under the carpet? I am thinking of the SQ--- must have cost us circa £2m--- never carried one fee paying customer..... The Operations Director should have come under significant scrutiny--- did he? Are the non-execs doing their job overseeing these 'family' from within appointments? I have my reservations.

When I get informed regarding shareholding and process I'll be able to get anybody who is interested up to speed.

As others have said,... let's hope they bring home the bacon before the AGM in June. Or will it be we hope to convert at least two other contracts by year end again?

Ned,.. I am in touch with the Company Registrar and awaiting to hear rom then in terms of the due process etc., to put forward motion etc., at the AGM.

If anybody else wants to meet to discuss what or not we could,..or would want to do to apply some pressure to the BoD, the NED's or even the Chairman I am happy to co-ordinate. I've been in touch with PF and Tom @ wallabrook to that effect. We have a window of 5 or 6 weeks I would suggest if we wanted to co-ordinate some action to hold anybody to account or ensure that specific issues are addressed.

I'll know more when I hear back from the Registrar,... they have had a couple of days,.. and no response yet.

Actually ,.. my take was that it was probably there... hence the use of the "live operations' phrase...... but I'm just guessing,.... like everyone else we are are all reading what we want in to every word.

Either way,... we will all know where we stand in a few weeks.

Fingers crossed for all LTHs'. Would nice to catch up for a pint at an LE event that puts smiles on our faces.

I don't think it will be. I e-mailed earlier this morning asking if she could confirm whether it had arrived and or was still in transit. This is the reply:

And IF the strat trap is in play then the flow rate required to make the well commercial is even lower;

Thinking about that through, two immediate positives:

1 they found gas in the Paleo
2 if it has migrated in to upper strat trap where the top of the Paleo as at a lower depth,... then clears it flows---

The questions that then arise,... how much is there,.. and does it flow at a commercial rate?

..agreed Slide 6 suggest we went circa 209m in to the Paleo ( assuming it is the Paleo that sits e=immediately below teh sandstones sequences.... and that is what the key suggests)... and that the lowest as show was at 2070m,... which is about 60m in to the Paleo? - The top of the Paleo zone appears to rise ( become shallow) as the Tagi reaches the pinch out point.... so perhaps any gas in that area will have migrated to that higher region?...hence not much point inn drilling the Paleo any lower in the TE10 area? --Anybody else care to comment?-

Already on it. This is from Tom Cooper, e-mail to me on the 8th April,.... in respect of the procedures for shareholders to put forward motions etc.,
