Not sure if you're being serious? You honestly feel you're entitled to come on here and offer an opinion on ANY aspect of RMG when you don't even know what the USO is and the the effects it has on the business?

You say it's ''very well paid'' but is it? The living wage will be £9 in only a couple of years, we're only earning £1.50 an hour more than that at present. While being a postie may still be classed as an ''unskilled'' occupation it demands a great deal more physical fitness, a requirement to be responsible for valuable and important items and an ability to manage your workload and plan your working day compared to your typical minimum wage/living wage job.
