Org 30- I wouldn’t worry about the ‘pot’ :). If any have shown as much promise as SNG I haven’t heard about it. There are still efficacy doubts over Remdisivir and that’s the best they have thus far. Time to double down and not fold. As my friend Oil says ‘hold for gold’ :)

What a load of tosh. As if Trump was ever going to endorse SNG anyways. Won’t have any impact on our success either way. Would be like our PM bigging up an American drug. Was never going to happen. Nothing to see here, move along.....

Shares to buy - I make you right, the biggest challenge was efficacy and I think we have nailed that one. There are still hurdles of course but I think/or would like to hope that heath authorities around the globe would be assisting SNG in every way possible to help them come to market and be available to people who need it. Not entirely sold on Trump wanting to promote it. Afterall, he did get into office on ‘America First’ and did take Hydroxychloroquine as a precaution:). WHO ordered it to be stopped from being trialled and then he stops WHO funding. He’ll probably champion some American drug with less efficacy that one of his mates own.Hopefully not but don’t be surprised.

Never used a stop loss. Don’t like the idea of them personally. I’m not sure you’ll need one on SNG tbh. One thing that has surprised me a little has been the slight doubting of data from the hospital trial. I find the fact that some journalists were not wholly happy with the preliminary data amazing. Are they really saying that Prof Holgate and two other founders along with CEO would fudge results just to look good in the medical fraternity?. Their integrity and honesty are beyond reproach imo. GLA.

Colber- you follow the typical pattern of being new to the board but have invested for months. Watched the board without posting. Obvs you have done research if you were invested months ago? So why make your entrance by starting your own thread drawing attention to a relatively negative piece of journo which to be honest, whoever wrote it would be less informed than the average investor on this board. Proper lightweight piece based on nothing concrete, which you would know if you had done research and been here for months. Just seems odd. If you are genuine then good luck to you.

Just come across having been in SNG. Did some research into this and I would be surprised if this doesn't multi-bag too. Everything looks in place for steady news flow across multiple treatments. Treatment for IBS looks promising and obviously the cancer treatment a little furthe down the line. Thought the CEO looked genuinely miffed at the current SP and seeing as they are heavily vested they shouldn't be lacking motivation. Management look a very talented bunch similar to SNG so hoping for a similar result.

why the rise?

I seem to remember the at home trials can be halted early and data analysed if recruiting proves difficult. Probably would need a reasonable number though. This is such a fluid, fast moving environment that normal rules don’t really apply. America has more flexibility I believe with expediting approvals. Just a waiting game but I suspect we may not have to wait too long. The world is in need.

Woodstock- you can place your self on that list too, you’ve been here a long time my friend. Pleased it worked out for us all. My main hope now is that Synairgen gets the drug to market and it makes a huge difference to people’s lives. Who knows, some of us may need it in the future. The SP and everything else will take care of itself imo.

SNG001 is PH neutral, there won’t be any nasty side effects???. Already proven this in any trials undertaken so far. Asthma, COPD and COVID. Must have really done his research, although I haven’t read the article as I’d rather use the time to better effect.:)

Their is huge pressure to get a therapeutic like this out in the marketplace. Politicians also need a win, especially Donald Trump. Come November if this pandemic starts taking hold again then he will be toast in America. I’m not sure why it can’t be arranged for SNG to complete the home trials in Florida. In the meanwhile under ‘right to try’ emergency legislation in America let the sickest in hospitals also try this drug. Could save their lives and also provides further analytical data for SNG.

I remember reading long time ago that interferon treatment given ex vivo pre infection stopped the virus replicating completely when cells were then infected. Wonder if something like this could be done eventually. One mouth spray a day and off you go.

Whoever started the safety thread is wasting their time, SNG is PH neutral, no acidity whatsoever, so no problems with serious side effects whatsoever. Injected form taken for MS is taken over a much longer period and higher dose which fires up systemically. Bound to be more side effects compared to the inhaled version which is delivered direct to the lungs and only has minor vascular leakage. Proven efficacy in Asthma trials, COPD trials and Covid hospital trials. No chance they would allow this to vulnerable patients in the home if safety concerns existed.:)

I’ve felt for a while too much money thrown at vaccines when the probability of coming up with one is quite slim. Politicians want the glory a vaccine would bring and scientists the discovery gong. More likely outcome to stop/severely limit deaths from COVID-19 was always likely to come from using a combination of drugs. I still believe that. We’ll see.
