Yep, I agree ST. They know it, like they know it, like they know it! However, I'd go a few steps further and say it could be such a hell of a lot bigger that they will hold back on establishing proof positive of some of the 'known deep in the bones' reserves for obvious reasons.

Oh, and on the point of solid and certain and both companies caveating for the future - of course they have to do that, just as a backstop, just in case. However, barring a full scale Armageddon or the like, as I mentioned a while ago and if anyone cares to validate my point, take another look at the Boo results presentation, towards the end a question is put to the BOD regarding why they are so confident in being able to move the high level of inventories and just watch the knowing smiles break across the faces of Carol Kane and John Lyttle. These people know the future is about as far from uncertain as you could get. Plus, there's another huge factor assuring the continued explosive growth of both companies, which I will cover shortly, involving the highly addictive nature of buying fast fashion online, something rarely covered but which has a MASSIVE influence on and virtually guarantees ever increasing repeat customer spending habits. Yep, every click of the buy button produces another little shot of dopamine. Every ring of the doorbell produces another and every selfie taken and posted produces another. It's the way of the world people, the way of the world.

My, what strange times we live in, eh? There aren't many companies growing and making great profits in the current climate. Boo and Asos just happen to be two that are and as such appear to be two of the safest companies in which to be invested. And yet we have this shake out going on. So, I ask you, bearing in mind that there aren't many 'safe houses' and 'growbags' for the IIs to choose from, how long do you think it might be before we see the sp of both these companies on the rise again. Because as far as I can tell, there aren't many better solid or more 'certain' options out there at the moment.

Weird comparison this but bear with me. A few weeks ago, I purchased an Irobot vacuum cleaner. I'd given it the odd thought over the years but had always been put off by the naysayers. You know the type, don't buy one of those, they're krap, rubbish, no good etc. Sound familiar? Apparently, I wasn't the only one to believe the negativity. Until, that was, I bought one and wonder how I ever got by without it. Just set it going and it gets to work and gets the job done. And it got me thinking this morning; it's not that far removed from Boo. Here we have a massively unfairly maligned company but when it comes down to it, where it counts, when you strip away the much repeated, overly exaggerated and embellished negative old news, they just continue working and getting the job done marvellously. The figures speak for themselves. And if you have an aversion to the morally repugnant and want to look at the real villains here, just look at who is continually pointing the finger of virtue (do me a favour) and has a vested interest in spinning the opposite; oh look, it's Shadowfall and Mr Odeyous and their friends in the media. Now there's hypocrisy and morally repugnant for you in spades.

Hi Clemoc, I think you've hit the nail on the head right there...BWNG are simply not understood. Not at the moment, you're quite right. Schroeders seem to understand it though and when the results come out I think others will start looking, realising and buying. Let those who have eyes to see and ears to hear etc.

With it's ridiculously low pe and the rapid shift to effective online selling, I see absolutely no reason why BWNG should not be re-rated to the pre-Covid level at the very least, come what are pretty much guaranteed to be a stonking set of results. Their online audience/market is relatively niche and untapped but I say niche with the strange caveat that it also happens to be huge - plus size and plus age. No puns intended. Now, I know others online do plus size, but in many regards I believe the BWNG offerings to be more realistic (less unattainable) to their target customers and will therefore prove better sellers. Same with their older audience - less fickle, more loyal, more captive, high disposable incomes. And many, although online, have only recently become more familiar with online shopping. A lot of mature women where I live have been pillaging the JD Williams website during lockdown. These ladies have a lot of money to spend and have been doing so. In my opinion, Schroeders obviously know what's going on. A case of follow the money.

Is it just me or did people miss the part in the Alba video (or was it somewhere else I saw it) where the premiums paid for Welsh gold at auction were stratospheric compared to normal gold. Plus the fundamentally obvious common sense approach of a proven mine with a fantastic yield even with 'pre-historic' mining techniques but now being subject to modern day mining which should prove infinitely more productive and efficient. I've been in a few gold stocks over the years but non with potentials quite as exciting as this. I do not believe this is your typical forever jam tomorrow situation going on here. I believe we'll find out just how much 'jam' there is in them there hills very soon and I have a feeling it's going to be a lot more than anyone imagined. Bought another tranche today on the back of more research.

May even pick up some of the remnants of Arcadia when it implodes. Assuming there are any worth picking up for a song that is. But Mr Greeds demise aside, there will be lots of extremely valuable high street brands which will surely become available as a result of this unholy mess called lockdown and Boo are in a unique position to acquire them for literally pennies on the pound. They have the expertise and infrastructure in place to keep these brands alive and grow them online. Some of these brands have taken decades and tens, if not hundreds of millions to create over the years and have large customer followings and databases. The hard work has mostly already been done, it's just that they've caught a nasty bout of Covid through being mainly high street based, which has and is finishing them off. This confluence of events has presented Boo with the proverbial one in a million opportunity. They could have a field day here and accelerate their already exponential organic growth way beyond anything we could imagine by acquisition after acquisition of top name brands. They have the cash to do it whilst others don't. So, if they go on a spree, I think near to medium term expected growth figures can be well and truly chucked out of the window because a brand buying bonanza would give Boo the rocket fuel for a rate of high octane growth, the likes of which would hitherto have been considered unimaginable.

And just to add. Despite the relentless onslaught of negativity from the media; story after story, repeated and repeated, embellished and re-spun time and again. Despite the attacks from shorters and de-rapmpers. Despite the calls and threats from MP's; the howls, screams and crises from the lefties and the woke brigade. Despite the one sided accusations and calls for resignations, the schitslinging and the mud throwing. Despite all this nastiness and more. Hey look. Lo and behold people, despite all their best efforts at damage and destruction, the current share price, in reality, is a mere 60p ish off its recent high of around 400.

I ask you, what other company could survive such a sustained and vicious attack from pretty much all quarters? If that's not a signature of strength, I do not know what is. So just imagine what is going to happen to the share price when the bleating and the bellowing subsides, which it surely will. For this too shall pass and when it does, well, I believe those who know, know precisely what's going to happen.

Both hit the nail on the head consistently and precisely, and if you haven't already, might I suggest that you read them over a few times to fully digest the contents as they should assist in strengthening ones inner security in a foundation of knowing versus the flights of fear based on the opposite. A case of building your house on solid rock, not shifting sand.

I've said it before and so will say it again. Boo need to forget about this sorry excuse for a country and it's crumbling financial markets (which are fast losing any respect globally) and relist on NASDAQ whilst relocating to the US. Friendly territory instead of hostile turf, where they like and support their winners, not despise and try to destroy them. Then this company would fly and the share price rocket.

As highly experienced practitioners in the field know, it is hardly 100%. Not looking someone in the eye makes you a liar? The most honest people unconsciously use eye accessing cues to retrieve or imagine info. The most practiced of liars will always look you in the eye when lying to your face (because they know many people believe the myth that liars are always shifty eyed and honest people will always look you in the eye). A paranoid schizophrenic who believes he is Jesus H Christ will probably pass a polygraph test when asked if he is...because he believes he is indeed Jesus H Christ and so that it his reality. By Shadowfalls measure, as long as the interviewee looks you in the eye when answering the question, he's telling the truth. And god forbid you should have any jerky head movements, they'd have you hung, drawn and quartered on that one. Pathetic.

In essence, it overlooks anything positive (non use of furlough, Leicester factory, tax contributions to the exchequer, job creation etc etc) and concentrates only on the perceived negatives. Well, it would wouldn't it, obviously. Consciously impartial indeed. If that's not misleading, I don't know what is. How can it be consciously impartial when all they are looking for and interested in are the negatives?

Me too. I cannot see Kamani et al just sitting back and letting a bunch of snot-nose kids endlessly smear and besmirch with impunity. I would not like to be Shadowfall because the only real fall I can see coming from this, is theirs.
