Amerisur Resources Plc, the oil and gas producer and explorer focused on South America, announces that on 26 November 2018 Giles Clarke, Chairman of Amerisur, acquired 500,000 ordinary shares of 0.1 pence at an average price of 13.743 pence per share, for a total cost of £68,714.95.

Following this transaction, Giles Clarke holds 18,005,227 ordinary shares, which represents a total of 1.484% of the Company's issued share capital.

Contrary to what people were saying about no leak, I suspected that there was a leak as sells were being drip fed daily, with one sell of half a million shares which made me bail out thankfully.

Deal to be done by December which means before December, not before end of year. news could drop any day between tomorrow and end of November. Holding my 3.4p buy of 100,000 shares until at least deal announced then reassess. Sentiment is positive and he fact that no Speeding ticket issued since the rise from sub 2p indicates to me that news is imminent.

AKZONOBEL have tons of cash and appear to be on an acquisition spree.

They can easily snap up ITX if they wish to. I wonder if there will be a JV or a buyout? The fact that no speeding ticket has been issued could mean that there is news on the way IMO.

What concerns me is that there were a few large value sells last week, one for half a million shares. I have noticed discreet sells going though daily last week which does not bring much confidence, esp after SOU's terrible news today.

Also, the WH spud RNS promised regular updates but none has been forthcoming. Why? Surely if there were oil or gas shows they would have RNS'd?

The low volume and low SP seems to indicate that WH is a duster...BWDIK.

Anyone know why the SP on ADVFN is showing 11.60p and 17% up? Crystal ball out for Monday action?

Unless there is a leak which I doubt, it seems that the share price is simply being manipulated or shorted. Look at Debenhams, hit a low of 4.6p this morning and bounced back to 6p plus an hour later, without any news.

Those who are in, including myself have placed our bets and the wheel is spinning, it now depends on whether the ball lands on our number or not with a strike or fail at WH.

Mongolia could do with some good news and so could us punters.
