Spike, thank you. Luckily it is all profit and money I can afford to lose if it all goes tits up. But I doubt it. If you look at the history of Hudson’s involvement here, they have always been supportive all these years, why would they pull the plug now when they have so much to lose and everything to gain by keeping the lights on.

Spike, that is exactly what I have been saying. Hudson also has 50% of the market cap here, they will easily see a market cap well in excess of their 3.2m loan drawndown to compensate when they agree to the funding, assets and third party financing aside. The 12 months high of 3p plus will be seen by Christmas or next month IMO if we are still around by then. Holding over 6m shares now.

This is not a pump and dump share, traders trading....waiting for Hudson news, that will provide the catalyst for a serious re rate.

Today's action looks like the market has gotten wimd of something...when Hudson funding sorted out, the SP will be in over 1p. Mark this post.

Gone are them days when people could bribe their way in Guinea, look at the problems with Simandou....there is no way Hudson will just be allowed to pick up where BZM left from, the serious fraud agencies would be all over this....We now have a world class BOD as Haddad has said and with the backing of SVS, they have called Hudsons bluff and will make sure Hudson do not walk away with the prize for cheap.

Do not let the Chinese screw us PI's....let them pay 5p at least per share. The Konta Port alone cost 120m dollars!!!

Market cap is 5m pounds...this was once a billion dollar market company if I recall.

This was at 0.6p before last Thursday's corporate update, it should get back there and then more when financing arrangements/deal/takeover confirmed IMO

If people cannot read between the lines and genuinely believe that Hudson, after all these years, will let BZM go bust, they should simply sell up and chase rainbows elsewhere while the smart money holds patiently.

Another route open to Hudson/CS, apart from yesterday's routes, is to acquire the remaining shares which they do not hold by way of a formal takeover, thereby avoiding possible dilution and avoiding insolvency and taking full control of the assets.

SVS and the BOD would probably make sure a fair price is achieved in that scenario....anything from 1p to 5p would be great!

Just ran this through a legal beagle and they say BZM is a separate legal entity from their shareholders including Hudson/China S....if BZM goes through insolvency, mining rights would fall away with BZM and if Hudson want them, they would need to apply afresh for them with all the associated costs, time delays implications amd no guarantee Hudson would get the rights...hence zero possibility of Hudson allowing BZM to go bust after coming this far.

Isnt it ironic that Hudson has lost more than the 3.2m dollar loan by share price decimation since last weeks update. And monetisation of the assets by third party financing would see Hudson get more bang for their buck by the market cap re rate? Funny old world we live in...and we were taught the Chinese were astute business people...or are they yet to show their hand? Bust this is not....buy when others are fearful and follow the money IMO DYOR

Clear as day now that the SP has been manipulated down to allow cheap accumulation. I am holding till the end as the reward is massive compared to the risk.

Today's RNS clarifies matters. Third party financiers are interested but cannot finance until they are sure that the company remains a going concern, otherwise the assets have no meaningful value if the company is put into insolvency. Also, Hudson has to co operate whichever way we see it, and they have a lot to lose if they do not. If Hudson does not want dilution, they need to reassure the BOD about funding so the BOD can sign off going concern status and bring in third parties. Hold for gold...

Ah, I have just seen that further drawdowns from the loan facility are at the discretion of Hudson, so that explains why the BOD are seeking reassurance from them.

I also note this week is a National Holiday in China, so perhaps we will hear further news next week when they resume work?

The loan facility has already been agreed upon. There is already a binding agreement/contract between Hudson and the company.

What the company were seeking is re-assurance. Why seek re-assurance when there is already a binding contract?

Also, the AGM placing authority is different to the placing authority that I am referring to. See actual wording of RNS's.
