The round number seller is still at it and seems to have reduced the size of the sells, once volume ticks up, it should flush the seller out.

Better to have the seller out before news so that once news lands and it is positive, I would expect the SP to go up without being held back.

Hope no one here was also in CRA, suspended after close and seeking insolvency advice.

We would have cleared 8-9p had the 100,000 seller stopped selling.

Hope they get out soon and we get the positive RNS, then watch this baby fly.

Anglo African Oil & Gas plc, an independent oil and gas developer, has received notification from Sandabel Capital L.P. ("Sandabel") that it has exercised conversion rights over the remaining £250,000 unsecured loan notes, issued pursuant to the partial drawdown announced on 19 November 2018, at a conversion price of 6.3 pence per share. The company will, therefore, issue Sandabel with 3,968,253 new Ordinary Shares in the capital of the Company (the "New Shares").

GCM Resources plc (LON:GCM), an AIM quoted mining and energy company, announces the resignation of Nik Raof Daud from his position as an independent non-executive director. He joined the Board in September 2016 and has served the Company for three years. The Board is very grateful to Mr Daud for his contribution and service which have been of great value to the Company. Mr Daud's resignation takes effect as of 1 December 2018. The Company is in the advanced stages of recruiting a replacement Independent Non-Executive Director.



In appreciation of his services, the Board has decided to award Mr Daud 100,000 new ordinary shares in the Company ("Award Shares"). The Award Shares will rank pari passu with the Company's existing ordinary share capital. An application has been made for the Award Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings in the new ordinary shares are expected to commence at 8.00 a.m. on 7 December 2018 ("Admission").

Not being a smart arse, simply pointing out as has Dadsbatty that many people would have sold out had the RNS been releasing during trading time simply on the basis of misunderstanding it. What if then the SP were to rise on hydrocarbons being found? Such people would be kicking themselves which is why I mentioned that they should not be buying shares without understanding fundamental mechanics about shares.

E.g. Glencore shares have a par or nominal value of 0.01 usd but they are trading at 291p currently.

5p is the nominal or par value of the shares, not the proposed placing price.

I think a lot of money went into GCM yesterday so other stocks like MIRA, AMER, FLYB did not do as well. Let us see what today brings but yesterday's MIRA RNS was HUGE for the company.

Biggest partnership ever entered into. It would be good to get some commercial numbers on the expected revenue.

I think a lot of traders sold out from AMER and FLYB today to chase GCM. They will be back.

Polo gives fantastic arbitrage to get into GCM, Hib etc through the back door.

MM's short of shares, watch them increase the bid and ask to 1.5p soon IMO.
