Good chat lads. I still feel our share price is tracking as per the Lassonde Curve. And once production is confirmed via a market announcement (FS + DTM) then we should see a kick up. Shaun has not recruited a very experienced team for giggles around the water machine. Something is brewing here. Follow the bread crumbs.

Unsure it really matters. They are drilling about 6 to 7 metres a day now. So about 3 to 4 months to go until top of the ore is reached. Then they can begin the next stage of the development. For me I am more interested in when is revenue coming, which is flagged to be during the first half of 2024. Earning revenue as soon as possible is really important for our share price IMO. I still feel that once a DTM is announced and the FS is released, the SP should react. At the moment GGP is waiting on these and so Hav is not a mine on paper yet.

That’s one goldie on the ASX. Each company is priced to its individual situation. Look at other goldies.

And that’s why IMO NCMs Board will not be happy with the offer as it means the NCM Board lose their jobs if Newmont get NCM, and the offer isn’t high enough to reward them for their loss of job.

NCM do not have to “defend”. The Board can refuse the offer of a mediocre premium. Newmont likely won’t go and start buying shares on market as they already indicated they aren’t prepared to up their offer. Can’t see why NCM have to panic at all.

I’d prefer we stick to our 30% where possible, not a bad outcome and means no more massive dilution. However perhaps Shaun and co have massive plans otherwise why has he been recruiting such heavy senior industry players the past 2 years. Where there is smoke there is fire… Shaun is up to something and I hope it’s tremendous for GGP. Multi factorial :)

I suggest relaxing and allow the process to play out. NCM has a portfolio far beyond Havieron so they need to put lipstick on all of their assets to protect themselves.

It’s usually dead here on a Sunday but today close to 100 messages and you say that. Haha joker.

It’s not as simple in reality. 1200 staff at Telfer. $500mill liability at Havieron should it be closed. Let’s hope NCM continue spending their money on Telfer and GGP can earn from their 30%.

Opportunistic offer no doubt … NCM share price was close to $40 in August 2019 now $22. Would shareholders be happy at an offer of $25-30?

ITOT do you have anything else to add here rather than you repeating yourself? We get it… you’re p1ssed off at the SP and you’re currently sitting on a paper loss. GOT IT for the umteenth time. So try tell us what is needed to change the future, pointless focusing on the past. The SP is where it is now. So in your opinion, what’s GGP need to do in order for the SP to achieve a new ATH? Give us a strategy or something. You’ve become a bore with your repetitive posts.

I'd have thought gold in AUD is more important for GGP

If NCM want to move out of the Paterson region then Fortescue or Rio could step into buy Telfer. It is a very prospective region so if NCM divested that would be a surprise for me. We wait and see.

You would only sell Hav (from NCMs view) if they are divesting Telfer, since they are effectively joined at the hip now

Shaun's focus is to move GGP into a revenue earning company, not one only supported financially by shareholders via dilution. He is well on the way with 2024 being the year that GGP starts the journey as cashflow positive. I personally feel the SP range we are in is around the bottom before the next leg of the Lassonde Curve begins.
