Sometimes people who post here should look at the business news first. The global markets are having a meltdown today, if you didn’t realise. Not surprising that a stock with no current income is down, don’t you think? Even those with income / dividends are down. It feels like literally the same discussions here each and every day, repeat repeat repeat. Go for a walk and soak up the sun, stop watching your share portfolio as it won’t make a speck of difference.

Metric I use is the resource size. The last resource update was 6.5mOz or so and it’s still the tip of the iceberg. It’s going to double / triple / quadruple over time. And I foresee the gold price also rising over time. Huge profit margins after AISC. Add in Shaun and his team, the management are important and we have a first class team at the helm. The SP is going one way from here over time … up.

Warren Buffett (I think) …. Price is what you pay, value is what you get. Ggp is undervalued and the price is a bargain.

Oh okay… 88p = £8.4bill market cap… makes no sense. Compared to peers that’s ridiculous unless GGP becomes a major like Newcrest.

Failing to understand you suggesting Alex is linked to our SP performance… it’s illogical for a start… the higher the price the more wealthier he becomes. Perhaps you can as to why our chairman would want to Fck with the share price? And secondly, how is he capable of this?

Day after day of stupid negative comments from people who haven’t watched any of the latest Shaun Day interviews. He has answered all the questions posed here if you bother to watch the last (say) 5 interviews. As they say… do your own research.

Take into account that global markets were “juiced up” during 2020 by Covid cash and stay home investors. Look at all those tech stocks down 70-90% from their Covid peak. GGP benefited during 2020, in hindsight this is fact. At the time we all thought the SP had room to grow. Pointless looking through the rear vision mirror on a daily basis though, it’s good for learning lessons however looking ahead through the windscreen matters most today. Where the SP goes from here is the important question for today, not what happened yesterday, last month, last year. This applies to all of life’s decisions.

If you believed in GGP at a SP higher than today… then doesn’t that make GGP a bargain and worth buying? If you wait for the SP to rise from here to say 20p… that’s a bagger, why not take advantage on the way up. GGP has done all it can from a news flow point of view. All relevant data has been released to us shareholders. Anyone expecting Shaun to correct the SP lacks understanding of business and markets. He has done all he can, he gives interviews, he produced a MRE outside of NCM, GGP will continue the 6/7 weekly reporting cycle on Hav when NCM won’t. What else do you expect him to do. Measuring a share performance over a short period of time is ridiculous. Amazon fell hard early in its life, was Bezos a failure as a result. The same conversation is rehashed here day after day after day. Shaun and his relatively new team are doing a great job, if you don’t think so why are you invested.

We don’t attempt to compete. You trust your investment thesis and wait for the story to unfold. All investments should be for a period of time that aligns to your thesis. The timelines for GGP are well understood and publicly available.

If you look back at Newcrests history they are not buying explorers/developers. They buy working mines. They have a large II investor base to appease. I personally see a lot of T/O talk here and on Telegram constantly and I feel it’s a little scaremongering or possibly insecurity stemming from seeing paper losses fall away. We don’t know what’s going to come in the future however I have a positive disposition that the Lassonde Curve will play out for GGP. Hold for gold.

Newcrest has not officially decided to mine Hav, a FS is yet to come. Nothing will happen without such formal documentation in order for Newcrest to explain any T/O to its own shareholders. I think common sense needs to return here folks.

You’ve confused me with your 8p and 5% comment. If you believe in GGP you hold like any other company. It’s as simple as that.

Many in EUA be sitting on large paper losses at present, perhaps they’ll throw what’s left here to try and recoup their losses

The software is likely to be useful going forward … blockchain… but that doesn’t mean BTC and the others are worth anything. Any crypto that offers close to 20% interest has got to be questionable. I mean even Bernie Madoff didn’t offer that high and his scheme was a massive Ponzi. If it’s too good to be true then you have to ask why.

Ultimately the fundamentals will win here. Share prices are what they are at any moment in time, and IMO reflect the money inflows / outflows into that stock at the time. Right now we aren’t seeing the 2020 style inflows for a variety of reasons. As of today there is still a risk rating attached to GGP until the first revenue hits the bank account. Ignoring what the SP is going, the fundamentals look very promising and we wait for all the project deliverables to be delivered. Over time each milestone will be an important step to cashflow.
