Also of the delay to the FA release is to rewrite it, then nobody can forecast accurately right now. The FS will provide a good gauge of future and new parameters can be input into cashflow forecasting models.

Shaun is doing a great job otherwise GGP could have ended up like PureGold… running out of money and out of business. Anyone who doesn’t appreciate Shaun’s positive impact on GGP has not been watching the GGP story closely, and does not understand what Gervaise left behind.

IMO and no disrespect, being a geologist is the best skillset as an investor in GGP versus a marketer. BTW I’m not a geologist. Ultimately the geology will be key here. The mining methods decided upon, the decision making by the JV committee, by NCM, by GGP, will be mostly driven by geology. The feasibility/viability of all actions rest upon the geology and how profitable it is to extract ore. Nobody really knows this until we have the FS to start with. And that will continually develop over time, it won’t stand still. That’s just for Havieron. For the other tenements the same principle applies. GGP needs to hit the jackpot again with a big strike… then see where that takes us. This is impossible to model. Investing is based on hope and belief that we are undervalued and better days are ahead.

NCM have stated their reason for not taking up the 5%. Do we really need to “study it” all over again? It happened months ago now. I cannot see what else we are learning a few months on that we do not already now. GGPs investment proposition is based on where to next.

IMO there’s no point flogging a dead horse. All GGP shareholders were p1ssed off in Dec2021 when NCM kicked off the 5% option as we all thought GGP would sell it at far less than fair value. Happily GGP retained the 5% and as to the reasons why NCM didn’t exercise their option, it doesn’t matter so much does it? It’s the past and so it feels like regurgitating the discussions all over again that occurred at the time of the “no” decision. Don’t forget Shaun was as equally surprised as the rest of us. So I say let’s now look ahead at what upcoming milestones their are for GGP… for all tenements. After Shaun’s interview last week he summarised his thoughts on all tenements and so it’s good to see consideration for all, plus the addition of new tenements during 2022. Unfortunately for us and the share price it’s going to take time and patience to see a nice lay off. I cannot see 2020 recurring now given the macro environment. 2020 was a once in a lifetime unique year of sitting home with too much money sloshing around the system. The end of 2023 sees Havieron being near to production starting, so hopefully the SP finds itself close to the point of the 2nd wave of the Lassonde Curve.

Unsure I agree about a media vacuum. Shaun has been all over the world doing media interviews for 18months now. The markets and our sector topped in 2020 and it’s been a waiting game for the recovery, pure and simple. Fundamentals don’t matter too much when the money is not buying the shares… that’s what will drive the SP up, once the money comes back into GGP. The fundamentals are sweet and eventually the money will arrive back again, just need to wait in the meantime.
