Wyloo isn’t an endless pit of cash. Their own current investments would also be impacted by the declining markets. Wyloo is one arm of Andrew Forrest’s empire, so it’s not his entire financial empire with all that backing.
Pacific Trends did not buy shares in July… they were issued for free as part of GGPs acquisition of the tenements from PT years back. No funds were raised so deduct that from your figures.
NCM haven’t employed hundreds of staff and committed to spend close to half a billion Australia dollars on developing Hav and Telfer, only to mothball Telfer and abandon Hav.
Your first sentence of comparing the share price of two companies says you haven’t a clue about stocks and the stock market. I recommend doing some research and watching YT videos to explain basic concepts.
Shaun has a heavy financial incentive to make GGP highly successful, via his share options plus current shareholding. Have faith in management as they run the show not us.
Simon is very good at being an angry young man if he forgets to take his medication. We see it on Twitter, the Telegram group before he went and also here. A leopard and his spots comes to mind.
Agree, considering management have the inside scoop on what is happening on the shop front, why they are not buying at these low levels is surprising. They may be in a closed period and cannot buy, I do not know, but if they are not they why wait. A bag or two shouldn't be ignored.
On the topic of Newcrest's SP, you need to do research before just saying 'they must be shorted'. Look at Newmont's SP, down 50% in 3 months. Due to inflation creating a cost problem. So major gold miners will get spanked thereafter on the assumption that what is happening to Newmont is happening to Newcrest. Until Newcrest report to the market numbers that show they are fine, the market will take a conservative view. PS. research never killed anyone, so why not try it :)
This board is dying a slow death due to people being fed to with BiggL, Roy and all the others. Boring and repetitive posts by those that should sell up and move on. Many other companies to invest in so go play elsewhere.
The irony of Tymers post is that it’s his type of post is why an alternative has been setup in the first place. Your childish jab Tymers is exactly why people aren’t a fan of this Board. Unsure if you’ll actually understand this or just reply with much the same.
