Don't think a prospectus is required for a cross listing, as GGP is not raising capital on the ASX. Could be wrong of course, but I am not expecting a prospectus myself.

Tigger et al. Jerry said it.... trust the BOD. GGP is not their first rodeo. Tigg you are just repeating yourself with each post because despite the 60 replies you won't be swayed. So be it. Can we all draw a line and move on? Some want all the data all of the time, others don't mind trusting the management team. Pointless going around in circles. Shaun and the BOD all have shares and share options, they are aligned with us in wanting a much higher share price. We just have to let them get on with it. One day we will wake up to a RNS announcing something Earth shattering, but we don't know when. First steps are NCM and NEM need to decide what the are doing. In the meantime we keep adding around 7 meters to the decline and move closer and closer to revenue. And GGP is making plans to drill other tenements. GGP now employs their largest and most experienced team in their history so I have to believe this is all for a reason.

Tigger I think it’s more complicated than that. Shaun and the others know what their reporting obligations are. But we are also a minority holder in a joint venture where there are rules that bind our relationship. Shaun has received daily emails and tweets from shareholders complaining of all sorts so you don’t think he already knows how you and we feel about the low SP and data etc etc.

I’m failing to understand why a so called expert frequents this board and messages here daily if he has an opinion that GGP is not worth investing in…. something weird and fishy about that !! PS. Also from Australia!

Aim999 … let’s talk ASX. De Grey is mentioned above and has a £1.3bill market cap. It’s at least 5 years from earning revenue given it needs to build plant and infrastructure from scratch, plus go through the entire permitting process. Likely needs AUD $1bill for CAPEX. So despite years away from revenue and the financing of CAPEX requirements it’s over £1bill market capitalisation. Now GGP will earn first revenue next year and the potential is very interesting. And yet it’s almost 1/4 of De Greys valuation. Very keen to see what valuation is possible when GGP lists on the ASX.

do you know the reasons for the decline in SP? is it company related? or macro related? why are you posting here, shareholder or non-shareholder? looking ahead since the past is done, you cannot go back in time, what happens to GGP from here into the future?
