12p a share before they exercise and they’ll likely want 16p or more before stumping the massive funds to buy. They won’t exercise unless well in the money. So doubling of today’s share price at least before the new guys get paid.

Looking at Artemis I wonder if they are willing to sell us the land around Hav. Surely Shaun and team would prefer to have that land. Would remove current Hav block border restrictions. Artemis can’t really afford to drill it now. Fingers crossed !!

Agree Bamps. Some silly posts here re: going alone etc. Newcrest are a massive major with everything in place. Staff, infrastructure, permits, aboriginal agreements, cashflow etc. GGP have nothing in comparison. Newcrest can use their other mines like Cadia to pay for both the Telfer and Hav development costs. Huge free cashflow at Cadia. Most comments here are based solely on what the share price is, rather than an objective view of what’s required operationally. GGP could become a mid-tier company over the coming years but that’s years away. Crawl before you walk, walk before you run.

Don't get your line of thinking. Newmont will have access to the data they seek. Newcrest cannot play magician and slide of hand to fool them. Newmont is the largest gold miner in the world so they know what to ask for. Whatever data they have on the deposit at Haverion, the cost incurred and forecast, the PFS, perhaps a draft FS.... Newmont will ask for what they need to assess Telfer plus the various joint ventures Newcrest have in the Paterson.

However, if GGP purchases Telfer + Hav 70% then it will earn revenue immediately.

To clarify. No mining in 2023, no revenue in 2023. Shaun has said that many times now. Mid 2024 I understand is realistic from what I have heard.

Due to the timezone difference Newcrest will deliver their webcast first, so if they don't announce an agreement I wouldn't expect Newmont to announce an agreement during their webcast.

Newcrest "March 2023 Quarterly Report" and Newmont "Newmont First Quarter 2023 Earnings Conference Call".

If you read Newcrest's Annual Financial Report they will have summaries for Telfer you could look at. It should guide you as to how much it costs per annum to operate the facility.

'Tis a nerve wracking game of patience isn't it. So many operational variables in play, plus add in the gold+copper prices and where they may go this year/next year. My lack of patience means I am so keen to see the broker note target of 20p be regained as soon as possible. I want 20p to become our baseline SP. I know Shaun needs a AUD 20cents minimum listing price for the ASX cross-listing. So we need at least 11-12pence a share if we are to avoid consolidation to reach the 20cents price. C'mon Shaun and Team, look after us all.

Cannot see Newcrest walking away from Hav. It’s the future ore feed into Telfer.

If Newmont has to 11th May can’t see them rushing their due diligence of Newcrest. Therefore I’m not expecting any news this week.
