As I said yesterday perhaps email GGP asking if directors are able to buy shares, rather than argue between yourselves here. I’ve said multiple times that the staff share incentives at 11.9p plus Wyloo’s at 10p give me hope that both parties are looking well beyond 20p a share to ensure their warrants/options are worth a pretty penny.

They are well aware of what dilution does to a share price, they aren’t stupid.

The conclusion reads:

I agree SAS. The GGP Board and GGP Team all have lucrative vested interests to boost the share price as high as possible. Also the large shareholders as you noted (Wyloo etc) do not want their investments diluted. So for me I feel we have a lot of smart people at the table steering the ship, all with massive financial incentives to ensure the share price goes a long way up from here.

Your fearmongering won't work. We have a much larger outlook. GGPs team is aligned with us, the higher the SP the better they win. Post all you like about dulition yada yada, won't matter. You don't have to hold shares, you are free to sell.

TBH your 'no' vote won't matter, it will be passed
