If anything, these bonuses are not enough. I am told that because of the 125% bonuses, the directors are now super motivated to do a good job. Presumably they would otherwise have just gone through the motions a bit. Now imagine if they were on 150-200% bonuses! My goodness their motivation would be even higher, the levels of energy exerted would be absolutely immense!

Yes all very well and good, all the press releases of work won in the last few weeks. No revelation of at what margins the work is being won at though and quite frankly would be investors want to know how the company is getting on with debt reduction rather the vanity of future order books.

72p doesn't seem to be tempting in buyers, 40p seems more likely than 140p at the moment. Surely they couldnt make the same typo twice? And then restate an incorrect figure?
