Can I add that I completely agree with Gmed about Dennis being a good guy. I’ve been here throughout his time at Kazera - more than long enough to spot a swindler or a waster and he is not one. I’ve never once thought he wasn’t playing straight, nor have I ever once thought he wasn’t working hard and in our best interests. He has bought a good amount of shares on the open market over time. Definitely one of the good guys in the cesspit that is resource microcaps.

I think people are not yet grasping how important it is, in the graphite market in particular, that we have such high quality product. All gold is the same, all copper is the same, all iron is the same. All graphite is not the same.

And, as Mike keeps pointing out, we have effectively no limit on what we can produce; our operations will be limited by the amount we can sell.

This is why it’s so important that we have a superior quality product - superior for SPG, and now also superior for lead acid batteries. In the medium to long term, why would any consumer/user of graphite want to buy from anyone else?

A very bullish interview. I’m happy with the end Nov timeframe. It means the 8p warrants expiring end of October will die off before the big move. It would have been frustrating to have the DFS in October and the big move immediately dampened by warrants close to expiry. The other outstanding warrants are longer dated

This is a really good, mature update which shows the forward pathway on all three pillars. There are lots of opportunities for major upscaling with, in the first instance, Monkoyo JV discussions expected to conclude by the end of the month.

Those worrying about September production at Roan are in my view taking too short term a view. The fact is they’ve hit guidance for the quarter and are forecasting same for the next quarter. So all is well.

Not great for the share count but to be fair:

- there hasn’t been much of this

- can’t say management haven’t earned it

- the signalling is good insofar as this is clearly being put in place prior to the DFS, anticipated to be a major event

Ah, the ‘subtle de-ramp’. You do realise that the share prices of pre-production resources companies are supposed to rise and fall according to their discoveries and the future value of those discoveries. The market doesn’t normally just ice the SP until production starts. You know that, right?

Hi Tom. You don’t need to clarify things to me. I understand how the process works and what the s. 35 direction is, and is not, as my posts consistently show. If you’re clarifying your own earlier post, great.

It actually will take 6-12 months. Or at least it very probably will. That’s just how long the process takes. The process is pretty set in stone, and includes elements of submission, consultation, report, consideration etc. There might be a bit of scope for speeding up some aspects, but pretty limited. Even then, I’m not sure the assertion that the Gov will be desperate to expedite this particular project has much basis in reality. The only evidence that we have to go on is that they’ve just taken longer than the usual amount of time to start the process.

There will always be people claiming “this is super important; it will be fast tracked”. That’s largely based on what they want to believe, or want others to believe. The hard reality is it will most probably take 6-12 months.

Great news but just be a bit careful what you’re saying.

But that’s not true at all. In fact, the section 35 direction does not “approve” anything. Its effect is only to ‘call in’ some of the underlying applications, ie transfer the task of considering them from the miscellaneous licensing bodies to the minister. The actual decision making is yet to come

They are very good results. Remember these are geotechnical holes so they’re actually not expected to produce high grade extensions to the ore body, yet these have done so in both deposits
