ISAS why not donate half of your wage to fund BOD so they don't have to take money out of the Company.

They've had offers but not what they want, It the BOD issued an RNS saying they'd sold 201 for £10.00 i'd be pretty ****ed off.

1. Its too expensive to get rid of anyone on the board
2. if we don't give the BOD what they want it may shutdown (we will shut down if we have no money)
3. The share price could be falling because people are asking questions of the BOD on a bulletin board ( why would you ask the BOD a question here when they can't respond you fool, email them)

People like you are pushing the share price down with all your deramping.

Please answer this question If we cant raise more money how do you propose we fund the comany in the furture?

2 drugs in clinical trials and 2 drugs entering clinical trials is the shareholder value.

They are doing a good job, 25 million is peanuts in this game and they have 1 drug coming to an end of stage 2 trials and one drug is entering stage 3 trials thats an enormous acheivment on such little funds. Not to mention 101 and 301 ready for human trialling. The only thing they have done wrong is fundraising from dodgy companies but beggers can't be choosers. The share price in this share is based on sentinment and that is so low, maybe thats got something to do with all the negativity floating around on here.

If you vote no we get a shit deal on any drug we have. All the prospective buyer has to do is wait until we run out of cash knowing we can’t raise anymore and then take it when we go into administration.

Sure I’ve said this before but I’ll say it again. If you’ve got a problem with the bod taking a salary which is reflective of the industry they’re in why don’t you all donate 20% if you salary to the bod so they can take a pay cut from Val.

who Would you propose replaced them. Where do you intend the to find the huge consultantancy fee we would need to pay them to help out.

We don’t own the compounds at all. If the company goes tits up ie we can’t raise more money the compounds will probably go back the the people that own them.

In the grand scheme of things they’ve probably been under paid.

That’s all they have for sale at that price. That’s because the mm’s aren’t interested in this share atm.

You must be mad if you think anyone is manipulating this share. The MM's will not even be bothering to look at us there's no volume so no money.

They may have just told Align who they are having discussions with and their progress so far. We will find out who they have a deal with when they do the deal nothing before that.

I imagine the discussions going on with a deal would be a pain in the arse. How do you value something like 401? How much upfront? how much at each milestone? What are the milestones? Who pays for what in future development.
