I’m just wanting to know how we are going to fund the company but nobody has the answer. Please highlight these other methods of funding your talking about.

Shirley anyone who votes no are trying to close the company. I’ll ask again but no one will answer. How does the company continue without funding to pay the bills?

I think this B.B. has a huge effect on the sp. The vast majority of Val shares are held by private investors. This is one of the first places they come to get a feel for the share. ATM we have one group of share holders trying to close the company and another trying to keep it open. They aren’t going to invest here until after the GM and news. I Also don’t see the point in the company continually issuing no news rns’s just to keep us happy, they will share any news when they have it or when regulators allow it to be shared.

Vote No lose all your money vote Yes Maybe your share holding gets dilutued a little but tyhen when a deal turns up you win.

So Johnboy and Draey will work for half there salaries it's a start will anyone else!!!

Russel they haven't even stated they want to issue them shares just the option to, there is a big difference. If they can raise money they are in a better position to negotiate a deal. If any prosective partner knows we have no cash and we need them way more than they need us they will use that to their advantage.

will you match the salary cut and donate half of your salary to VAL, i dont think you will so why should you expect someone else to.

I Totally understand people don't want to see their share diluted but not one of you have offered an alternative.

unfortunatley for us the parasites like YA provide the cash, without cash we loose our money.

Their responsibility is to ensure they perform the best they can to protect the company. If share holders stop them from doing that the bod are not responsible.

Can those of you who are voting MO explain how we will fund future developments and also the ongoing clinical trials.
