That’s why we needed the option to raise more money I mentioned it a few times in the last few weeks but you probably didn’t see it amongst the every day bullshit that gets posted on here.

Also a hostile take over could be a good thing. As soon they start buying shares the price will go up. By the time they reach the threshold of 3% we get told about it, if we all held for the right amount it could get interesting.

No one will do a hostile takeover without first seeing more data that’s not in th public domain. If they want to see that data they would probably be expected to sign an NDA which would or should stop them from a hostile take over.

If they get the right deal on 401 we may not need to raise funds. 301 and 101 is in talks to partner, it’s my understanding 201 is accounted for we therefore only need to pay running costs if we get the right deals. Could be a very Goodyear for Val.

Yes we should. This should be done through PrimaryBid but not At 1.5p. I suspect the share price wiLl be a lot higher and hopefully a deal will be done before we raise funds.

They’ll have signed an NDA so they can’t mention a deal until the deal is done.
