I believe the series of artists and the release of further information next week is all part of the Strategy to allow the MM’s to gauge the wider market, in my view the major shareholders have already set an SP they would prefer to secure the business going forward, the value of a company is only what someone is prepared to pay. John Gore has already put his marker in the ground, the shares being allocated as part of the reverse takeover will have a value decided by the receiving parties. It would be fantastic if the SP was £3.50, however with feet on the ground it’s probably somewhere between 10p and 20p when it’s introduced back into the market with a steady rise (with ups and downs) until Xmas, then a steady rise until the Spring when hopefully the LN concerts will produce a substantially steeper climb! IMO

I believe the LG is an LN event and MVR-Napster would prefer to be recognised as the providing platform, regarding JG I believe the same format, the experience will be JG with MVR-Napster being the platform!
MVR-Napster will produce their own experiences and culture new and up and coming artists and provide the facilities for the music industry and social networking sites to come together! IMO

I believe John Gore has been too quiet, I believe there will be an announcement, soon!! IMO

Hi LF, This I believe is all part of the re-entry strategy, this is a different company before the reverse takeover, the office being located in Seattle, the developed relationship with Live Nation, there is a clear picture ahead with MVR-Napster part of the infrastructure/transmission of the experiences/concerts, also back along MelodyVR releases information regarding a distribution warehouse, is this where they intend distributing the merchandise discussed in a recent RNS? Arden’s have already targeted the SP at 18p in the Nov19 brokers note, with ‘A’ list artist’s being broadcast your prediction of 20p may not be wrong!! GLA

Great coverage from the media of the LN/MVR-Napster series of experiences, this should assist Arden’s with their forecast of the target SP, alongside this is the Post COVID-19 concerts in 2021/2022 where coverage of LN events will be provided by MelodyVR and distributed using the power of Napster!! IMO

Well done Puddin1006, I hope you have ‘shorted’ a considerable amount of funds as you obviously stand by your convictions.
I personally see this share progressing in the short-term and long-term, I prefer to invest and not gamble! GLA

Brixton has been successful (now being transmitted worldwide) and Michael Rapino is personally involved with MelodyVR, this is known and has been confirmed!

Live Nation appear to be appreciating the professionalism of MVR-Napster, promoting this worldwide is a huge reputation risk unless you are confident in your partner. With the two artists performing in close timing I believe there will be further rollout of the series of artists with a few names everyone will recognise. Interactive experiences will be fundamental going forward until the COVID risk is lowered enough for artists and bands to restart in 2021, with MVR-Napster proving its worth you can easily see how this platform will be monetised for all. Not long to wait for the Ex-AGM although I believe this will only be informative with all the decisions having been made by the large shareholders as you would expect.IMO GLA

Really good clip to watch, thanks HR! The MVR-Napster combination certainly compliments each, with billions in the market, I firmly believe we will hear another announcement before the Ex-AGM.
