Hi Mazda, Great article to read about Tidal, MVR-Napster biggest advantage is its partnerships within the Entertainment & Music industry, it also has an innovative and experienced team, there is room for several players, the main job for all the companies is to make ‘streaming concerted’ the normal thing to do, ‘Napster’ I believe was a master stroke, the young people don’t need convincing, a certain age audience need more convincing, they remember Napster! IMO

As Arden’s target was 18p (Nov 19) and John Gore paid 18p, I don’t believe your 2.75p is a true price, I do see 50p - £1 in the long term, the only reason it could reach 50p in the near future is if the Music / Entertainment wanted a new platform to fulfill the purpose of levelling the playing field for all! The Telegraph is a great place to be mentioned, as said already the publicity is good for investors, additionally Live Nation (Ticketmaster) need some good news, they have attracted some more bad publicity (see below) so having a ‘new and shiny’ product will be welcome news for LN shareholders.

Having recruited from Spotify some of our Lead people, I suspect Spotify know an amount about our strategy, if the company began a threat to their core business buying MVR-Napster would provide original content and a platform, this would only happen if the industry wanted it to happen!! IMO

The vast VR library of a 1000+ experience’s the MVR-Napster purpose built venues, the partnership with Live Nation, the ‘A list artists, the new and up and coming artists already working with the company, the fully tested and proven capability to broadcast ‘Globally’, in fact I believe I have been reserved in my ‘twice’ perhaps it’s ‘10 fold’! I can hear your answer ‘they have burned cash with little return’, my reply is simply ‘Spotify’! IMO GLA

I agree with your sentiments, ‘shorters’ are a breed, they deserve what’s coming to them, for me this share has not reached its true value to date, the MVR-Napster tie-up will promote the share to its true value, the ‘Global transmission’ the ‘Live Nation’ series, the release of the library and the ‘John Gore’ contribution will prove to the ‘shorter’ their time has ended with this share and they need to move on!! A couple of years ago, AM stated this company would be a $Billion if in the US, well a couple of years later and twice as successful and now being operated from Seattle, are we moving to be valued by the industry as a multi-billion $ company! Goddam, I’ve still gonna keep working, still £3.50 certainly made me think the ‘art of the possible’, although do you trust ‘lloyds’!! I’ll be happy to see 10p - 20p on re-entry!! GLA
