Hi LF, my reasoning for sub £1m is the majority of experiences have been promotional, I believe the LM experiences would have produced some income but not a huge amount as I’m sure we have ‘shared the love’, regarding the SP, as per the previous Arden Broker Note, 18p was their previous target without any mention of the Napster factor, i would be happy for 2 digits, however I believe Arden’s will target the SP higher due to the new business streams and the subscription model, it will be interesting to see Arden’s projection for the SP!! GLA

Hi LF, I would agree with Italian, I don’t see a substantial increase in revenue under a million would be my estimate, regarding investment, this I believe will be significant as MelodyVR was gearing up for a series of concerts, COVID-19 I don’t believe would have significant effect on these figures. As we are only a couple of weeks or so away from the Extraordinary shareholders it would be a good time to give shareholders information, however that isn’t expected from the directors. I do expect something to talk about in the coming weeks! GLA

I don’t believe anyone has the answer regarding the sailing schedule of Cruising! Another operator MSC has successfully maintained Cruises on a reduced and controlled operation, the travel industry is on its knee’s, however there are considerable amount of bookings being made for 2021/2022, so there is trade if COVID-19 can be controlled or mitigated. Having just bought in again at 823p I didn’t believe the price would go below 850p, so I could be wrong but I believe this could be a new low and the price will resume at 950p until a vaccine or successful control of the virus is common place. I expect to be shot down by a few experts, but I believe Carnival as a company will return to at least 50% of its previous value by Spring 2022! IMO GLA

Great to see the return of this band, with 600k+ followers on Instagram the MVR-Napster name is getting out there!! Next Monday should provide us an insight into the development costs and may provide an indication of the improvements. We know the COVID-19 factor won’t be included, but neither will the uptake of the planned concerts!! IMO

My understanding is Arden’s mainly operate in the small to medium arena, according to their results there performance has been the best in recent a years. They have been contracted to act for the ‘reverse takeover’, this I believe is due to there historical links to the company, I believe as the investment required increases, Ardens will be replaced. IMO

Hi Lordfont, we haven’t long to find out what the Arden’s target price will be, it’s great to discuss the merits of the LTH’s views, I’m sure BrownAdder and the London based investors have a view! GLA

The 18p target was based on the 2020 series of concerts, which I believe have only been postponed, we now have additional business and associated revenue, with an increased infrastructure and additional associated partnerships. The debt is to our various Music & Entertainment Industry partners, so they have an interest in the success of the company! With additional investment from new or existing shareholders MVR-Napster the company is in an extremely strong position, therefore an 18p target price is I believe realistic! IMO

With the strong connections with Live Nation and iheartmedia, it’s realistic that John Gore will take up his option as part of the ‘reverse takeover’ bolstering the cash flow!!

I believe, the last Arden’s broker note stated 18p as the target, this was 1st November 2019. I personally haven’t seen 22p quoted, however I would be interested to see the data. With the addition of the ‘Powered by Napster’ business and the Napster subscription model it will be interesting to see the new Arden’s Target price, personally I cannot see a reason for the Target SP to be less!! Imo

The RNS for me would announce the name (MVR-Napster), it would contain details of an extended/renewed partnerships demonstrating the new platform is considered by the Music/Entertainment Industry as the preferred option for new and up and coming artists, it would announce a series of experiences extending into spring 2021, with details of the release of the library and the subscription model for the new platform. Finally it would provide details of the new directors following the ‘reverse takeover’ and the vision of the new company! Nothing above is rocket science, but together with an income stream and Arden’s broker note, this would stimulate the SP as the market would have data to make serious investment! IMO

Having been an investor for several years, I was fortunate not to have lost my shirt on this share, I fortunately sold before the crash of the share and bought back in at the recent bottom SP, I’ve never doubted the future prospects of this company, and now the refinance has taken place and readjusted SP this share looks to have stability. IMO

iheartmedia are definitely an important partnership to Napster and Live Nation definitely an important partnership to MelodyVR, funnily enough now MVR-Napster are to be the same company, future talks should be easy! IMO

The figures will not be impressive as it’s all been about developing the infrastructure and service, it will be interesting how Arden’s picture the strategy going forward and how much the partnerships want to elaborate on the direction. However, out of the 5 year strategy, we are now 60% through, so the next 20% is where we focus on the end product!! IMO

Hopefully the results will be published on Friday(30th October) alongside a timetable regarding Ex AGM, including the Arden’s report, November looks very interesting and I shouldn’t be surprised to hear another announcement before MVR-Napster re-enters the AIM market!!! GLA
