There are vast amounts of money being invested in both AR & VR, it’s definitely been helped by COVID-19, people are now becoming familiar with ‘online meetings’, demonstrations and training, with 5G the bandwidth will expand for portability and this will lead to a greater selection for streaming on the move! Regarding MVR-Napster’s position, I think the long term approach taken by the ‘Entertainment Industry’ is to use this new platform as ‘the place to be’, with the network of ‘powered by Napster’ and the innovative agility of MelodyVR it is being recognised this platform will become a competitor to the large platforms in time. With Live Nation partnering the ‘series’ of artists performing at Brixton, LA venue looking after the US clientele, it’s only for the Ally Pally to stage another set for a UK artist(s), with the gradual release of the backlog of VR experiences integrated with the ‘Facebook Rooms’ this should bring together people and share the experience.
Meantime, over VR devices will be coming on the market, being independent means MVR-Napster will be available to a greater audience! And to top it all, in 2021 we will have all the ‘Live concerts’ to attend alongside ‘Live Nation’, I cannot see any real problems!! IMO

It’s great to have an opposing view, the strategy has been to introduce newcomers alongside established artists (Not A list), the other two artists have 6.2million followers, averaged out, its a great exposure for MVR-Napster.
In resent months, MelodyVR have the Live Nation (UK) announcement, the Japanese announcement (Napster) and the takeover, alongside the work being carried out with John Gore. The bulk of the employees for MelodyVR and Napster are engineering, marketing etc, there is limited negotiating personnel and deal makers, so I guess along with setting out the strategy, legal contracts etc the directors have there hands full. We know Arden’s are working hard, so I believe the shareholders meeting will disclose what we want to hear! IMO

Hi phenomenonnick, I have to say Ciaran has answered my questions and been very responsive to constructive questions, I would suggest emailing him directly and provide him with the email questions that wasn’t answered as you are obviously a positive LTH.
I believe we are not far away from the release of the financial Reports and the Arden update report, if there are further points to be addressed from minority shareholders it would be good to have them considered.
This company in my view has been strategically guided by the Entertainment Industry and related corporations with long term goals of which we will all benefit. GLA

I don’t know a lot about football, I do know the Music Industry is absolutely behind MVR-Napster, quietly they have build a system infrastructure with strategic global partnerships, the interface with the public is taking shape, they are also building around current and future artists rather than established artists providing longevity of the product.
It would be interesting to know the figures surrounding the uptake of the experiences, they have a lot of confidence in there approach, I see on LinkedIn employees regularly congratulating others on their successes, this often conveys confidence they are satisfied in their own right! It’s building LTH’s, the spotlight will soon be shining!! GLA

More than ever there is an appetite for streaming, each company has to differentiate from each other, Napster has shown the way forward, it’s a recognised brand for something ‘New’ the latest experiences for LA have a following of 6.2million followers, MVR-Napster will be able to compete for some of the 11.2Billion dollars per year!! IMO

Hi Albertpode, agreed, there is nothing to be concerned about, it’s a reasonable period to carry out the due diligence, there is also now a mechanism to capitalise on the ‘experiences’, Napster powers several big names including iHeartRadio for Live Nation, Japanese telco NTT DoCoMo and O2.
Ged Doherty, Chairman SONY BMG MUSIC ENTERTAINMENT UK and Ireland, commented, “Napster pioneered subscription services in the online world. We are delighted to support them as they move into the mobile space with O2 – another brand making a considerable impact on the music landscape.”
Alongside the MelodyVR deal with O2 it’s a strategy coming together.
With John Gore and MelodyVR announcing they have completed the first theatre experience, there is obviously a lot going to happen during the ‘suspension period’ enabling MVR-Napster to hit the floor running.
The shareholders and partnership will be executing their plan over the xmas period and spring of 2021 to be ready for the ‘live concerts’ from summer 2021, it’s going to be a busy period! With the recruiting that MelodyVR have been carrying out and the combined workforce of Napster, we have a very experienced team, I would expect the Marketing Team of MelodyVR and its partners to have a fantastic campaign prepared and ready! IMO

Perhaps John Gore has taken his 220m option before the new company is announced? IMO
