Hi Italian, having read the article you just posted I believe that MelodyVR have pulled a master stroke with LG experience on the Thames, it’s different and that’s the difference from the static venues, as MelodyVR was able to keep this quiet (to a certain degree) it does beg the question ‘what is next’, as all businesses you are only as good as your last job, in a creative world the next show especially around Xmas and New Year has to be spectacular, We know they are keeping wraps on the library and very good at keep news to a minimum until they want it released! It has to involve an ‘A list’ artist(s), it won’t be in my view in a studio, speculation is great, I can hear people saying ‘Adele’, but there must be other artists who haven’t performed! GLA

If there is only 3 nights then it means a listing before the ESM, the admission document would have to been released and agreed, I guess the majority shareholders could have made the decision and the Report released with a fait accompli, everyday is a school day if that happens!! From a neutral position I believe you have to ask two questions regarding if the SP goes Down or UP.
What would be the reasoning for it going down? Confidence is usually the reason a share will go down, has MelodyVR provided the confidence required to maintain or increase the SP.
Then you need to answer the question, why would the SP rise?
Has the company demonstrated a Vision and the Strategy to take this company to the next level, has the Team running the company the skills and competencies to provide the investors and creditors confidence that the next level is achievable and maintainable!
My opinion is, in 2019 we had a Team that could execute the strategy for 2020, successfully! With the acquisition of Napster and its Team, we not only have the Vision and Strategy for 2020, 2021 and beyond, but we have an extremely experienced Team of Professionals and Pioneers to take this MVR-Napster company to the next generation of platform integrating Music, Theatre, Live Virtual Experiences and Live Concerts at their best! December is the start of a new beginning of this New Company!! GLA

Great to see someone doing their homework, I believe your research puts a positive spin on the acquisition of Napster by MelodyVR, MelodyVR have been extremely good at cash management, the investors are extremely diligent business people and well researched, Napster was allowed to accumulate the debt by the creditors, this was for a good reason, the artists need to be fairly paid! The fact the creditors have allowed the reverse takeover to proceed is the confidence the creditors have in the MelodyVR board and its partners, $44m is a lot of money to lose, however in this business with the right financial model this is not a lot of money, it also demonstrates the backing of the multi-billion Music / Entertainment industry. The due diligence being carried out on behalf of the investors is the reason it’s taken many months to complete this deal, for me I have been very confident in the MelodyVR strategy being sponsored by the Music/Business industry. The decision to remove doubt around when Carnival will be sailing again was a great move, testing will be considerably cheaper in spring 2021, a proportion of the global population will have been vaccinated. The weather will becoming warmer after the spring and this again will assist recovery. The debt ratio to earnings will improve substantially, bookings for Cruises are starting to gain ground, there could be a situation where sales exceed capacity, there has always been solid following for Cruises, there maybe a slow down in the SP if vaccine news isn’t 100% positive, other than this I believe the SP will commence its recovery over the next few years.
Carnival are building another terminal in Southampton and increasing infrastructure spending, their shareholders may change but the business is supported by the various institutions around the global, it’s a cash cow for pensions! GLA IMO

With the PR MelodyVR has received around the latest concerts the figures must be significant, the LG concert will definitely be in the top tier of concerts, it makes sense to have figures to shout about, however I still believe it’s a supporting act for the main event! John Gore has been too quiet, there are lots of virtual shows coming out of Broadway, for JG to sit back and wait for 18 months until everything is safe, I cannot believe! IMO

Looks as though this board has predicted correctly, the Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting will be held in December, we will be back on AIM after the LG experience, they are definitely leaving the release of details to the last moment before the Xmas period! Definitely, something big brewing!! IMO
