Hi Henry,
2020 has been completely different for MVR and Live Nation, had COVID not shutdown the Live concerts we would have been talking with a different view point, we are still in the ‘early adopter stage’ for a lot of markets, the O2 partnership was a great data provider, the strategy change to mobile and TV using technology already being used is sound, MVR had I understood over 800 tracks, now they have 1750 therefore more than a few artists have been recorded, LG was another insight for the company, a lot more PR than any other ‘experience’, and I still have confidence the company is growing, with Napster there are several income streams, together with the Live Concerts next year, 2021 will be a busy year! We have an ‘all round’ board of successful directors in there own right, having read the admission document and thanks to our new friends in this board, it’s reinforced the business will not only be successful, but it will lead the way for New bands and artists, upholding the Napster name of being disruptive and creating something fantastic.
With hindsight, yes having money wrapped up in a non performing share isn’t great, however if it performs over the next 12-18 months as per advised by AM in several occasions, then I’ll be content! That’s it from me for a while, as the newcomers don’t appear to understand the personalities in the board. For what is worth, I don’t believe more shares will be released as the SP will be higher by Friday!! GLA
