Nothing in that phrase indicates that the money has been completely spent already.

I completely agree! And that $200 million (equivalent to 0.7p sp) is only the value of Zulu. The rest of Prem would be valued at zero at that SP/MCAP, which is laughable. So a 'fair' risked SP should be way over 0.7p.

Some MM games are being played here I feel.

So clearly a precedent has been set that events can and have happened counter to the literal wording of the RNS.

What you say may be true in some idealistic world. But this is Prem, we have countless example of RNSs with errors or not meaning exactly what they said.

For example was the director loan £2m or £1.7m?

“but the RNS clearly said £2m” you might say.

Also another mistake Biztech pointed out in one of his recent videos.

So with this knowledge, we know that we can’t say for certain what those exact words you’re debating over mean. And we know we can’t simply tale them at face value/literally.

You have to argue a bit deeper not so shallow.

Devils_Advocate, I was going to post the same thing but was unsure, I'm glad you have a similar interpretation.

To me this reads that Zulu is worth $200 million on material alone, with no production. As a default penalty valuation. This means MCAP should be $200 million as a minimum. But as there is currently full expectation of production that means SP should be way over 0.7p

Canmax values Zulu at $200 mil minimum, that’s the baseline it needs to get to, this current sp is a joke.

I don’t care, most of the other AIM companies I watched or was invested in are corrupt too doing all sorts of dodgy tricks.

FTSE going down is not helping either. Most UK stocks are down today anyway or near flat.

Not everywhere. Bought more today on Barclays for 1.31 when sp was around 1.3 on Google Finance. Fair enough those google prices may not be up to date but thats a small spread.

If as you say you only had 1.2 million

If you believe in the stock and that it will make good, its not even worth exiting, especially if you are going to be exiting at a loss. Trying to sell and buy in at a lower price is very risky. Just ride it.

Or if you are a trader and are in good profit already and are scared of a big drop, then take your profits already?

I'm a rider, I have lost big potential profits on previous stocks by just riding, but I can't help it all I know how to do is just hang on with white knuckles :)
