Unfortunately it seems we're at the MMs mercy until they decide to leave this stock alone.

I have been very naiive here. I knew markets were rigged against PIs but this is on another level. AIM is tame compared to this!

Some people on twitter are saying its a short attack but I don’t know how true that is or just a rumour.

You can look up short interest on several sites. I couldn’t find any up to date ones.

On nasdaqtrader on 15th September short interest was 32,998 (is that number of shares?) and up by 1240%

So looks like the shorters did pile onto it unfortunately. Not sure if they are still here but seems like it from the SP action.

Can’t be helping that UK shareholders can only buy and not sell, myst create an imbalance of some kind.

Surely it has to rebound once the shorters have moved on?

I just really hope it doesn’t go any lower than this.

Can’t believe some whale hasn’t seen the opportunity to jump in here and squash the shorters. Company seems to be working on a top product and the government likes it, essentially Star Trek like technology :)

If there are enough of us. According to MarketWatch public float is 458k shares. Current SP is around £2 so that's around £0.9 million worth. So we need to mop up as much of those shares as possible and hold onto them.

So looks like that’s the hot trend now. Attack de-spacs as they de-spac.

That will be big players no doubt, not small PIs.

This morning around 60k volume moved the SP down by 12%, if you think that’s normal then I don’t know what to say.

RSI only 16 now. Way oversold. Has to be a bounce coming surely.

Damn wish I had spare cash, what an opportunity to buy at these joke low prices.

If I had spare funds I would buy more. Now is the time to squeeze these shorters, deny them the shares to cover, wipe them out!

Just reading around a bit. It seems De-spac shorting is normal practice now. As per the Harvard article I posted a while ago that the average de-spac post merger share price falls to $6.67, other articles confirm this. So knowing this, shorters almost have a sure bet to short de-spacs. However as liquidity is low and some de-spacs are good quality companies sometimes the shorters get caught out.

Alwayswinning there isn't 'massive selling'

The volume is tiny, check for yourself just use the daily volume function on any free chart website, there should be one on your trading app.

There could be other things in the mix. As you must well know from AIM, MMs love to play games and keep the SP down even when news is good. Seen it on many stocks. As well as stop loss hunting etc.

Also I hear naked shorting still goes on in the USA even though its illegal, and that's only available to MMs and to IIs not to ordinary people.

I very much doubt the company and the CEO want the market cap to be crushed as it currently is. What would be the benefit to them?

Today's action was only on a volume of around 407k shares traded.

Isn't that only around 2.5% of the total float?

I think things will be much better on a healthier volume.

Exactly this is no time to be impatient or to panic. Contract worth 3x current sp.

Perhaps there is wisdom in the slow method of transferring the shares. Perhaps they knew a de-spac gets attacked by shorters in the first few days and if panicky PIs had control over their own shares in that early volatile period they might panic and be cheated out if their shares & their money.
