On IG they don't give the live quote option, I wonder why that is.

Although I see for TSLA its the same, no live quote, just 'on exchange' orders (limit, market, stop).

Is that because its on NASDAQ?

Reading some articles, even if it drops to $6.67 per share post merger that would be fantastic. That's more than a 10 bagger from current share price.

Even 101p for MD AI would be very nice, but I hope the above is true and median post merger share price is in the $6 - $10 area.

My question for the experts in spac mergers is, what will the price on Nasdaq open at?

Will it be $ equivalent of 101p or will it be Rosecliff’s sp of $10 then drop down immediately after open?

Acker so you think George will happily take fewer shares in 2024 as a loan repayment when the share price is likely much higher?

Are we waiting for George to take his shares back?

Of course I researched SMD. What I find hard to figure out is how spac mergers work and what that means for the sp (of the target company) after the merger.

Above is a bit worrying, but as long as thats 80% of 101p that’s still a decent uplift from 52p

If the new company is launching at a share price at 101p equivalent per share that sounds like a bad deal for Rosecliff investors?

Or will the share price of the new company shoot up to around $10 per share?

I tried reading about spac mergers online but its not clear what happens to the sp where there is a huge sp discrepancy between the two companies.

Will they be named in a TR1 soon to come as that’s around 4% of the company?

Zim elections extended by a second day, could be dragging on the SP?

I hope you're right, that sp will recover once election is over.

Does it matter who wins? Or just general nervousness of the market until elections are peacefully over?
