I don’t see how Summit could include the shareholders when it owns 100% of the asset.

Wouldn’t they have to relinquish some % of ownership to the shareholders?

In some dream scenario where they did, how much do you think they would share with the shareholders? 49%? 10%?

Multiply the value of the company by that fraction then divide by 3.6b shares that’s how much we’d get back via that route. I wouldn’t expect more than 1p per share via that route and even that would be very generous of them.

GR needs $2.078m to pay off Zenith right now.

If there are 2.8b shares left to place (after the motion at the EGM on the 29th is passed) he would have to raise at 0.057p minimum.

Plus he needs more for operating costs.
