That will tell you the realistic end-goal share price.

PPP their accounts are around 2 months late every year, so EUA is definitely not an outlier.

Good explanation Acker. One follow up question. Why didn’t Zenith demand cash? Why accept shares at all?

Why did Zenith take repayment in shares? Was this stipulated in the agreement?

Divide by 2b shares he would need to sell at 0.082p to cover.

If GR places all 4b at 0.056p that’s $2.87m

He owes Zenith $2.0m that leaves $0.8m for operations.

He may however have another .9b shares he gave to contractors, we know he likes to borrow those shares as and when needed.
